The fact that Monster Girl blames Rex and chalks up what she did as a **MISTAKE** Is beyond toxic! You can’t just chalk up that allowing a relationship to form and going behind Rex’s back is a mistake. It was deliberate. A mistake is getting alone with the princess when you know you have feelings for her. A mistake is acting on those feelings while with someone else. A mistake was refusing to stop what was happening the moment she read lied what was happening. The biggest mistake of all, was her refusing to cut ties off with Rex before she slept with the princess. She had **NO** right to be pissed off at Rex who respected her boundaries and understood that oftentimes they’d work together! He was professional. She was just angry that people knew what she did and would give her dirty looks. She cheated, after all. If the roles were reversed with Rex having cheated, the writers would not let us hear the end of it. Same with the characters.
Worst part is that she gets to play the victim and kind of just got it off scott free while robot becomes twisted and ended up a brain in the jar.
