That header work is insane!! I have so much respect for the attention to detail on everything y'all do. Side note, even with the same power, the CRX should be faster thanks to the weight savings, dialing in the suspension and good tires.

Get a label maker and a sheet of blank fridge magnets for your lap times. Every time you run a new car all you have to do is print a new label sticker and slap it on a magnet, then you can just rearrange the times and cars.

Good call with the polycarbonate windows on the CRX I have a first gen CRX and I have no clue why but the rear hatch is so much heavier than any other panel on the car
Johan isn’t a fabricator, he is an artist, that man’s work is absolutely beautiful and deserves to be in a museum imo. I’m not sure if it’s the same for a b18 but I know when an f20b doesn’t have vtec it actually doesn’t rev as high, the limiter is 1k- 1500 rpm lower than when the vtec engages
The honda boy I am makes me so happy to see someone with the abilities like Adam make an old honda so nice. Adam should do an all wheel drive hatchback and make that his all wheel drive drift car

You can do the same fuel filler Throtl does. it stays in the same spot but gives you more room. They fiberglass the fuel filler cut out over on the kit and run a sandwich plate with filler hose straight to the tank
You’d definitely make more power with a better header and a longer intake tube on that B series. It would be cool to see a small build with it too. Type R pistons, a set of cams/springs/retainers , ported head and a proper tune. 200whp all motor in that CRX would be so fun!

You need to move the blade guide down on the saw. Stabilizes the blade, may help a bit.
a miter gauge would've been uuuuuge in that situation as well hehe
I almost lost a thumb from the blade guard not being in the correct place!!!
I almost cut my arm off when I was 12 from not having the guard down.
Or just put a parallel guide on the side where the carbon plate can slide on. Just push it against the guide and cut

Some track mods are needed. You don’t want to lose a AC again. Maybe some paint and plastic dividers outlining the “ track “ to be safe. ✌🏽

The recess in the band saw flat table is for a guide. It will cut straight, and at any angle. Look up a miter gage.
