Johan isn’t a fabricator, he is an artist, that man’s work is absolutely beautiful and deserves to be in a museum imo. I’m not sure if it’s the same for a b18 but I know when an f20b doesn’t have vtec it actually doesn’t rev as high, the limiter is 1k- 1500 rpm lower than when the vtec engages

Good call with the polycarbonate windows on the CRX I have a first gen CRX and I have no clue why but the rear hatch is so much heavier than any other panel on the car
I'm 33 years old and as a lil kid the CRX was my favourite car as a lil kid. Even living in Australia they are very rare to find these days and if you do find one they are worth alot of $$$$. So cool to see one and that you have love for them aswell.. paint it black plz!! very underrated car imo. Sucks it's left hand drive though lol

Are y'all worried about how close the exhaust is to the rear diff? extreme heat causes premature breakdown of oils/lubricants and affects their ability to lubricate which in theory will cause excess wear/premature failure.. Banks did a stellar video on it in traditional diffs, I think the same concept would apply here.
Get a label maker and a sheet of blank fridge magnets for your lap times. Every time you run a new car all you have to do is print a new label sticker and slap it on a magnet, then you can just rearrange the times and cars.
You’d definitely make more power with a better header and a longer intake tube on that B series. It would be cool to see a small build with it too. Type R pistons, a set of cams/springs/retainers , ported head and a proper tune. 200whp all motor in that CRX would be so fun!
@17:00 Fab up a flat 4 collector and run rectangular exhaust out the back. Then you won't have to deal with the clearance issues. Just takes a little bit of fab work.
You can do the same fuel filler Throtl does. it stays in the same spot but gives you more room. They fiberglass the fuel filler cut out over on the kit and run a sandwich plate with filler hose straight to the tank
I know this has been said a lot, but @diiviinemedia coming on board has seriously leveled up the vlog quality. The B-Roll Mike always puts in is incredible. Keep it up!

The crx was my first car it's what got me into modifying cars. PERIOD. One day I will find a way to get one again. It's been so damn long. Saved up all summer working for some bar shit crazy old lady to buy that car. Put coil overs on it and that night slid into a guard rail pretty god damn hard lol. Apparently the tiny stock tires that come on the crx ain't shit for grip lol.

The groove by your right hand on the saw is for a sliding square if you don’t want to freehand cut
You need to move the blade guide down on the saw. Stabilizes the blade, may help a bit.

I almost lost a thumb from the blade guard not being in the correct place!!!
I almost cut my arm off when I was 12 from not having the guard down.
Or just put a parallel guide on the side where the carbon plate can slide on. Just push it against the guide and cut

The recess in the band saw flat table is for a guide. It will cut straight, and at any angle. Look up a miter gage.

Some track mods are needed. You don’t want to lose a AC again. Maybe some paint and plastic dividers outlining the “ track “ to be safe. ✌🏽
