Difference between both Crestas are S1 (early model) and S2 (later model). Newer models (S2) have the additional tail light in the trunk versus the S1 which has just the tail light and no additional trunk light. 1996-1997 is S1, and S2 is 98+ if i’m not mistaken. Same thing goes along with the JZX100 Mark 2. S1 and S2 have different trunks and tail light styles. JZX100 Chaser just has 2 different style tail lights but the same trunk and tails are interchangeable between S1 and S2.
@@That1lowaccord I was just thinking that lol. My Accord has the trunk lights and I was so confused trying to figure out the difference between my car and other Accords. Mine is an EX-L sedan, so I initially thought the sedan has the different taillight style until I saw a sedan without the trunk lights. I really like the JDM Inspire taillights though, might have to buy some on Ebay. I wonder if an Inspire Mugen front bumper and grille fit on a US Accord...
That guy laughing is still one of the best parts of the trip for me! He was beyond excited!!! Adam, all the curry you’ve ate you should definitely insides should be cleaned out when you get home! 😂😂
Cresta with additional stop light on the boot is just newer. They were made after some point in 1998. Same applies for Mark2 and Chaser, they got restyle lights too.
I honeslty think Sammit deserves some more views. in some videos there's a lot of effort and whatever he goes through, he tries explaining it the best and shows most of the work. Seeing some amazing videos only going to 20k is unfortunate
You must only be looking at his views after the first day because his vids literally have the lowest average of 75-90k views... which many in the 100k and event 400-500k with some reading a 1m...
The noise you're hearing in the Subaru is the TEIN coilovers. They are known to be pretty loud in that particular model of coilover. Had them on a wrx for years, quite noisy for daily driving.
Love these japan videos, also not sure if anyone has already commented this. However, I believe the black Recaro's with the yellow netted headrest @ 10:40 are from Suzuki ignis sports. we get a few of them in England.
Omg the yellow recaro fishnet seats at 10:40 are from Suzuki Ignis sports. I don’t know if they sold them in America but I’ve got one since 2 years now and they’re such good cars
Lol I know where that Ace Hardware Jacket came from, it's so weird seeing that in Japan. Wilton is just a small little country area south of Sacramento, CA
Best way to temporarily fix an axle boot %1000: plastic bags (heavy duty black bags are the best) and 10 zip ties. Lasted me 2 winters and driving through lots of sand and mud, and was perfectly clean when I finally rebuilt them
@@joeljohnson5260 yeah saran wrap is really good too, I didn't have any luck with inner tubes they all flopped off eventually even with rubber cement and zip ties
Adam I can tell you the Recaros with yellow netting come out of my 2004 Suzuki swift /Ignis HT81s a boxy hatchback weighing about 945kg 1.5 w VVT and 115hp 😂
@adamlz you have to try the lamb passanda or the chicken. It's rich creamy nutty with a onion fried rice. Pishwari naan has coconut in it I think you both would enjoy that. I Hope you see this. Keep doing what you're doing 🤟
The white creaste taillight is Roulant taillight, and the another one which is blue one it has regular creasta taillights. Same like Avante or Tourer. Only roulant creasta has the trunk taillight.
your wheel is rubbing on your fender liner because of your tyre size. The max you can go on a GC8 is 215/45/17 without rubbing, you can could go with a 225 with rolled fenders and stiffer suspension though.. But your suspension already is pretty stiff so i'm wondering what the specs are on your current wheels
All I want to say there’s an Indian takeaway near me in the uk that make an chicken tikka masala pizza there so noice keep up the awesome vids Adam been here since the webisodes buzzing for how far you have came
Get pizza from an Indian owned pizza shop anywhere else in the world and I can almost guarantee you there’ll be some form of Indian pizza like you and Colette were talking about on the menu 😅
Those WedsSports were the TC-005s, not the TC-05s. I haven't seen a set in so long, but they used to be a fairly popular wheel on Hondas back in the day.
Adam I returned your email for center dash console cover piece. Also I see Cusco subframe brace and aluminum control arms which is a great bonus upgrade. If you wanna check from Subaru rust check the rear strut towers. Those are known to total cars
"fun fact" Claw machines are programmed to lower the grip force during the lift. Owners can set the amount of tries between each "win" manually to what ever they want.
Intro: Adam found the coke plug in Tokyo.
i thought it was sped up haha mans found the plug
He was zooming lol
😂😂
He stole my ADHD meds
🤣😂🤣

And the same goes for jzx90 and many ither X chassis
so there’s a zenki and kouki version, cool.

16:30 the late model X100 Cresta actually has the extra tail light part, that's why they look different
These Japan vids are so sick, I have always had it ony bucket list but now my bucket list is mostly things on Japan.
Me and u both😌
Damn I haven’t watched Sammits channel in awhile. He really made that shop nice holy crap

The bumper on the STI is the "STI sport". It's a narrow body version of what the 22b came with.
Literally vibrating in envy over this. My dream journey.
the 1st 35 seconds are wild. I was on a ride there!
The noise you're hearing in the Subaru is the TEIN coilovers. They are known to be pretty loud in that particular model of coilover. Had them on a wrx for years, quite noisy for daily driving.
good seeing Masa!
Hella better vibes between you two. Glad to see it 🤟🏼
The rambling is great 😂
@ 19:15 that's an impreza sports bumper. styled as the 22B bumper but doesn't have the attached grill and fit for narrow body
8:46 I was OBSESSED with these Weds Sport's forever. They also came in a neon yellow/green that was sick. They are the TC005

that Japanese coffee hit different!!!
you know you're an og subscriber when you can understand Adam speaking 3x speed
This is maybe my 4th or 5th video and understood pretty easily. I'd imagine everyone else could do.
the people thinking he's on coke😂
In the north east of England there’s a few pizza joints that have Indian curry toppings, sounds a weird concept but they’re amazing
They have them all over. Got em here in Brum too! If LZ is ever in boro he needs to try a parmo 😄
So cool to see my car in your vid! 15:39
Peanut butter and jealous of the Tomei tour. I run their 8260's on my R33. Great content, as always.
Yellow fishnet headrest recaros are out of a suzuki ignis sport! Proper cool little cars

i think adam bought the ae86 from the sales lot that was in sammit's video recently. he hinted at it when the first got to daikoku
@adam lz. Your cresta with the wide tails is a kouki while the cresta with small tails is zenki, that's about it :) ✌🏽

Pre-facelift cresta’s just have the 1 tail light, 98-01 have the light and then the one on the trunk as well!
The yellow Recaro Fishnets come from the Suzuki Swift Sport (or the Suzuki Ignis Sport in the rest of the world). Very cool little car.
I hope you find another 86 while you're in Japan. I was more excited for that build than almost any other build at the moment
TJ would freak over those confettis
