Love DRose. Made me literally drop tears when he wasn't the same because of the injury. I'm happy to hear him talk this much about it and that he's been so mentally strong about what happened. The world lost a gift along with him when he lost that explosive & graceful athleticism like when musicians die too young. Imagine the music never made and heard, imagine the highlights never made and the roar of the crowd never heard. His highlights pre-injury are up there with anybody's All-Time and in such a short window a lot like undefeated Mike Tyson, Gale Sayers, Bo Jackson, even Barry Sanders since he retired early. It makes me so sad even watching them now but I'll still show them to the new kids and blow their minds when they see them. He was like undefeated Mike Tyson as a PG on the court, like Bruce Lee as a PG, like if the same heart that sparked that fire in Michael Jordan was possessing Rose and he could only go as hard as possible on every play as if to keep the flames behind him with his speed and athletic abilities. I miss that Rose so much. He let fans' imagination flow and think the impossible was possible every time he was on the floor. I'm so happy he had Joakim Noah with him during their glory years and the tough times since their brotherhood was inspirational to see.

I spent a month in Thailand. I dressed for the climate and was relaxed and comfortable. Came back home to L.A. and everybody was looking at me like I was crazy. I got rid of all those clothes and assimilated.
Couple years later I'm touring around Italy. My mans there tells me yo, ditch the tee! Wear these light, cotton button-down shirts. Loved it! Back home, switched up again.
When I see this man with his liberty bell hat, or Nick Cannon with his turban, or Kevin Gates I'm like yo, I get it! Freedom of expression in the US is freedom with parameters and regulations; which is no freedom at all. Freedom is individualistic. This society shuns individuals. They're a threat to order.

Wow. Amazing episode. Derrick Rose is an amazing guest, a huge inspiration to many. This podcast really showed a side of him that plenty of people don’t know about. What I love about Math Hoffa and his podcast is that he actually LETS PEOPLE TALK! Lmao! I hate going into a podcast, knowing that there is a great guest, and the host talks over them the entire time! Lol thank you Math! This episode made me realize that Derrick Rose is a bigger legend than I could have imagined, same for Math!

This why you don’t see certain players like Drose or Kyrie doing interviews with ESPN like that. Because they see through the bullshit they want to talk about real shit instead of the fake shit. Imagine trying to have this talk with ignorant individuals like Shannon and Skip. They would just try to dismiss this knowledge and want to ask some bullshit. This why I only watch you Math because it’s real shit

Repent and accept Lord Jesus into your life he died for your sins and he is the only way to heaven this world will pass away one day! Jesus loves you!
