There is one drawback that you won’t be able to take water without electricity.
Its been 3 months and i found another con.
Its water pipe keep broken its like its not able to handle the water pressure. Even after technician fixed once but its broke again. Not sure if its a built quality or issue with the product itself.

Urban company has spent tons of money for promoting this RO . I dont see anyone who has used it for good time like a year or more and Many RUclipsrs starting promoting in advance just for some paid promotion. At least use it for a year. TBH it’s too expensive , no proper services in places like Delhi . What you will do or what is the use of 2 years unconditional warranty , if they do not come in a week ?
It’s a shit RO by Urban Ladder . M1 is Worth like 5 k . 10 k is spent the promotion for M1 a cheap quality RO with urban brand color. and M2 is worth 7K rest is gone to RUclipsr’s for paid promotion .They have used their in-house developers for advance status on mobile, which will keep showing your filter is 99 percent great but in reality, the RO filters might need replacement.
i would suggest Brands which are experienced in this market . just by saying 10 stages , 20 stages doesnt make it a good RO. Good luck guys
I am from south Indian which is Nellore district Totally 3 days gone still not visit service engineer. Today called me and he told there is necessary to water booster pump which is cost around 2500-2700 INR . The reason tank must be 15 feets height to your home (Tap)according to his knowledge 😅😂. I asked him without water tap pressure didn't check how we can decide 😂. He told i.e mandatory for which top floor staying persons . After booster pump confirm to purchase than he told we came 48 hours to arrange the installation 😂😂😂. Totally disappointed these stage . I don't know in future any problem they couldn't handle all customers

No regional customer care no available for service and query for buying product & product information
So now is it like we will not miss out minerals anymore.

TDS level in my tap water is 52. So what filter should i use ? UV+ UF ? Or UV+UF+RO ? I dont kjow wheather the water Supply has heavy metals or not as a TDS meter doesnt determine that ...can anyone guide me pls ?
No filter required, if TDS lies b/w 50-150.

Yes you can go it can purify upto 2000 ...even mine was 736 tds and I choosen this purifier

Urban company unlike other legacy water purifier brands ,have coverage in all the tier 1,in SOME tier 2 ,no coverage in all the tier 3 cities(as most cities of india are tier 3)
So buying this purifier from third party sites -amazon , Flipkart ,will be bad for most indians.
Sir, Urban Company's RO M1 and M2 come with width in two dimensions - bigger at the top and smaller at the bottom. Please inform me these dimensions so that I can ensure that this RO will fit in the space I have in the kitchen. Also please share your mobile number. Thanks & Regards
