New Breakthrough in Testosterone | John Jaquish

- On this week’s episode of the Escape Your Limits podcast, we are joined by John Jaquish, a doctor of biomechanical engineering on a mission to educate the world as to why traditional weightlifting is a waste of time.
Driven by an obsessive interest in bone health stemming from his mothers’ osteoporosis diagnosis, invented the X3® - a device that improves bone strength, whilst limiting the risk of injury, through the application of variable (adaptive) resistance.
Dr Jaquish is absolutely committed to advancing oesteogenic load research and travels the world speaking about its implications. A number of his articles have been printed in medical journals and he has also written and published a couple of books: ‘Oesteogenic Loading’ and ‘Weight Lifting is a Waste of Time - And So Is Cardio. There’s A Better Way To Have The Body You Want’.
Whilst Dr Jaquish is a disruptor and very happy to question the effectiveness of traditional weight training techniques, his findings are also supported by several independent studies. His methods are used in training the world's most elite athletes and associations such as the entire Miami Heat organization, various NFL and NBA players, as well as Olympians.
In this highlights video, John talks about:
o Hormone replacement therapy
o Problems with standard testosterone therapy
o Testosterone levels throughout the day
o Testosterone creams, injections and oral testosterone
o Trials and research
o Knowing when testosterone replacement therapy may be relevant

I'm sorry, WTF???? You have to work with your doctor because he's in charge of your health. Ummm, no he isn't. I am.
Listen to how he says it
It was a rhetorical statement
@@karlgallet694 okey dokey
+1 on this. No Doctor is in charge of my health. They are in charge of making health RECOMMENDATIONS. The last Doctor who ordered me to do anything was in the military. I’m out now and I don’t take orders from doctors, I take recommendations.
I’m 1000% with you! No doctor has the right to consider themself “in charge” of any of us. We are all independent in this. A doctor’s job is to advise, based on their knowledge and (where applicable only) their experience. Then it’s our absolute right to accept OR reject that advice. Anyone who holds the opinion that a doctor is somehow superior and may not be disagreed with, loses credibility - and my belief. So maybe this guy should rethink his position on that. Other than that, his info was interesting. Subjectively!
Exactly. Doctors are brainwashed to prescribe what makes money, not what makes you healthy.
This is fraudulent misinformation. Oral testosterone undecanoate has been used and available since the 1970s. Cream does work for most men and similarly to oral undecanoate, can be matched to the natural circadian rhythm of endogenous testosterone production… on that point, there are no published studies (to the best of my knowledge) that recognise any negative consequences of having serum testosterone elevated at night, in fact in young men 18-25 years old (the healthiest and most vital age group) it is common to see their blood serum testosterone levels barely decrease overnight. Their levels are generally very stable.
Testosterone Enanthate and Cypionate can be injected 2 or more times per week and virtually all symptoms and undesirable effects described and emphasised in this video disappear.
He is not offering anything new and world leading experts (Morgentaler, Hertoghe, Winge etc) recommend injections or cream as the two most preferred methods of administering testosterone replacement therapy. Oral test undecanoate is a valid treatment option for some, though it is far from a breakthrough.
This
Your information is outdated. The 3 new testosterone pills are absolutely breakthroughs.
Old testosterone undecanoate pills are totally different from the new ones and were extremely hard on the liver. The 3 newest pills to hit the market are Jatenzo, Tlandoand and Kyzatrex. They avoid that problem because they bypass the liver to be metabolized through the lymphatic system (no stress on liver at all). That's an absolutely massive deal. Also pellets are another option you failed to mention. Please stop confusing people by spreading fraudulent misinformation.
Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
He's just trying to sell his product
Not injecting would be a great addition though
I hate needles so I could never take it
Having it in pill form would be a game changer
Exactly is call test capsule they come in oil form this guy doesn’t know. If you do right the TRT what he said doesn’t happen
Problem with this oral is it gets a man to mid levels around 500's instead of upper range 1000 ng/dl. Figure a way to get twice the level in the morning with the oral and you'll be golden
Testosterone injections stop working after two months? Somebody better let all the 300 pound bodybuilders and powerlifters know

Oral testosterone in Poland ,there is Understor 40mg per capsule and 60 capsules in box . Cost only 20usd .

Would you please give a link, where can I buy it? The perscription is valid in the whole EU.
How so? @@dr.frequency1716
Liver??
You lost me at, “listen to your dr he knows what he is doing.” Mine didn’t he wouldn’t even prescribe test when I had levels of 112, then I found a different dr and he prescribed that I take .50 ml 1 every 2 weeks, I knew enough to take the dose divided by 2 and my levels only raised to 300. I finally found a endo and they wouldn’t change the dosage, they wanted to keep my levels the same. I had to go to a wellness clinic, unfortunately this isn’t covered by insurance but I’m in control of my own health so there is that. I am in much better hands now
The only research on the half life of testosterone suspension is in horses of 8 days. Horses generally metabolize drugs much faster than humans due to their sheer size. DHT does not cause prostate cancer, but it can make the prostate grow. But there is the prostate saturation model which is based on estrogen alpha receptors found in the stories of the prostate. By saturating tissue with androgens you actually block estrogen from growing tissue and uncontrollable cell growth. The first drug to treat breast cancer was testosterone. Then came Masteron because side effects were less. Masteron does not block estrogen receptors or production. It’s an androgen and attaches to androgen receptors.
Fascinating mate 😊
Cream doesn’t work? but he just said right after that if your partner rub into it, wife may grow beard. Lots of report about that. WTF. He contradicted himself. Don’t trust this guy.
B/C just a little T will affect women more intensely.
Cream works great have testing to prove it. Used it for years from compound pharmacy no peaks stays
at a consistent level thru the day.
@@acetech2403 Do you apply it twice a day?
You need to look up Dr Keith Nichols or Jay Campbell. Compound Cream does work, not gels. But testosterone cream from a Compound Pharmacy. Do your research
@@acetech2403 I would assume it’s easier to travel with cream too? Also can you get to the 1000 ng range with cream?
Women are freely prescribed hormones both for menopause and birth control. Most doctors won't entertain prescribing testosterone. Glad to here this is available.
You have to go to a urologist.

A time release patch might be a cool idea.
That’s actually a brilliant idea ngl
Androderm is a time release patch, but it requires daily replacement. Since it is transdermal, it raises estrogen and DHT conversion higher than injectables. It is no longer sold in the United States.
Traverse Clinical Trial published mid 2023 in the NEJM to provide more clarity regarding cardiovascular safety of testosterone replacement therapy. Over 5,200 men between 45-80, all who had preexisting cardiovascular disease or were at high risk of cardiovascular disease, treated for 22 months and followed for 3 years. Random double blind placebo trial. At the end of the trial, they saw heart attacks or cardiovascular events in 7% of the treatment arm and in 7.3% of the placebo arm. So no difference. And these were in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease or were at high risk of cardiovascular disease. There were slight increases in psa blood test levels. Did not see an increase in prostate cancer.

Undec hasn't got the liver toxicity from the chemical they usually bond to the hormone so it bypasses the liver.
Too much roller coaster going up and down with injections, then it increases your blood pressure because testosterone is an oil-based cypionate, which eventually hardens the arteries that's why you have to go do a pump and dump. I would like to look into the oral
