Hi! Enfield does recommend tappet adjustment at first service, but some of the service stations here in India does not do tappet adjustments for what so ever reason!! I guess maybe the technician Doesn’t really bother to do service recommended by royal Enfield instead they just tend to service the bike in their own way and for cost cutting too! And they use royal Enfield’s ‘Liquid Gun Semi Synthetic engine oil’
