Clean spark plug and clean carbonator and open clutch and rs cover and clean it with petrol and brush and tighten all nuts and bolts lubricant all parts add Petrol additive after service in tank and enjoy I am riding for 10 years royal Enfield and I always do these prosidure while service

Yes replace the filters coz mostly Enfield uses paper element filters so u really can't cleam them that well. It's good to replace them as they're not expensive as well.
