I got the legal letter written out regarding the issue of ongoing non compliance non payment of rent and other issues! And got it sent off!
And my intuition were right about accepting the amount of money offered to me for the pawn of my flute, as the new credit card did show up, so with adding some of the cash funds I gave enough for the full payment due for tomorrow for my line of credit from my Xmas and New Year's trip to Seattle with my daughter Sara! So everything has worked out just in time to save my butt alot interest in late fees!
And I only have to pay an extra $10 to get my flute back which won't be in the pawn shop even for a month! lol
So have a goodnight everyone! I am watching my daughter fly all night over to England!
And to correct my Mother's information once again it is in fact not Air Canada planes they are on, they are on Air Transit, so now I really worry about the comfort of their seats?
And she still has 1 more out of Country trip to do this yr, going to Massachusetts somewhere as part of a church mission again like she did in Michigan last year with the same church! So it's quite a yr of growth and movement for her!
Woot, Woot, I am a pretty proud, pretty happy Super Mom!
