Allentown KOA Journey, Walk-through in New Tripoli, PA

Welcome to the Allentown KOA Journey Kampground, located in Allentown PA. This was our first time at a KOA campground so, we weren't aware of how they run. The beginning of the video is of some issues we had but, the rest of the video is a walking tour of the campground. You can use the timestamp to move throughout the video if you would like. Overall it is a nice place to stay at. Just wish they had someone to get a hold of after-hours in case of an emergency or something like what happened 3 of the 4 nights we were there.
If you plan on hiking the hiking trail make sure you get on the trail at the Rec center. The map shows two entrances but there is only one. This location is an alcohol-free campground (at least for the lower campground. Seasonal campers have different rules than normal campers. So, Alcohol-free doesn't apply.) It's best to stay within the confines of the lower campground and the hiking trail.
All in all, our time there was a good time. we met some nice people, woke up to some beautiful sounds (before everyone pushed their barking dogs out of their big RV's and put them in cages outside so they could go back in and sleep longer). My recommendation would be to get a spot along the stream. The birds love taking baths in the water and are very relaxing to watch.
