*All cities have pro and cons.. but Philly has a lot of fun things to do and such rich history*
Philadelphia is the slum of america...
@@deepusuresh3364 true that I live in philly
Philly is cool I find the people to be alot nicer than other cities I lived in
South street and pens landing is so cool
@@benjaminfranklin4339 Philly is not cool
One Liberty Place Observation Deck is my favorite place ever. Its very relaxing up there.
Which it was still open
Thanks for doing a Philadelphia video. I have lived here since 1996, so I have been to every place you list. It’s a great list. There are plenty of other worthwhile attractions too. I would also recommend Old Christ Church at 2nd and Market, only a few blocks from Elfreth’s Alley. Built in 1695, it’s pretty amazing. A few blocks from the church itself is the church’s graveyard where Benjamin Franklin is buried. That site puts you a few blocks’ walk from The Betsy Ross House, now a museum. I could go on and on.
Hey Adam, thanks, appreciate it, especially coming from someone from Philadelphia 😉 We loved it there, so many things to see and do and it’s not too big so you can really cover a lot even in one day. Benjamin Franklin’s grave and Betsy Ross house are great, loved it 😎
Thank you, I have a plan to visit. I wanna see Old Christ Church.
I know this is technically not in Philly but across the river in Camden, NJ is the Battleship New Jersey. I went there on the 4th of July and got to watch fireworks from the battleship with the Philadelphia skyline in full view. Best 4th of July I've ever had by far.
That was such a nice video bro. Philadelphia is my city.
Thanks George, we loved it there!
Love this city!! ❤ 🔥
I’m flying to “Philly” for the first time in September. Thank you for this video.
How did it go? Any suggestions?
I love my city
Forgot the play touch museum I used to love it there when I was a kid it's a amazing place to use imagination
It was great going back to Philadelphia last year, when we went to Fairmount Park and the Museum of Art.
Thanks for sharing! I enjoyed watching and learning some things about Philly that I didn’t know before
I'm visiting this weekend, this was so helpful! Thank you.
Smoked a J with my girl and was not ready for your accent on Independence and how truly awesome it is ! It will forever be an inside joke between the mother of my child and I
Thank you! Can’t wait to go this summer
My City!!!!! City of Brotherly Love!!! And the city of Rocky!!!
Rocky is Fiction
@@gregorythompson8873
The movie was made in Philly!
That's the point!
I'm from London, we are coming to America to make a zombie movie.
@@reverendbluejeans1748
Are you serious?
Well Philadelphia would be great for that type of movie.
@@reverendbluejeans1748
I love London.
I've been to London twice.
It's an awesome city!
Great video! I live in Philly and love it here!
Hey Mark, thanks 😀 We really enjoyed the city and the vibe is great! 😉
Same
I left the city over 30 years ago when I joined the army and I never moved back but I visit from time to time I am a proud Philadelphian
The Reading market used to be a railroad terminal back in the day and you would've seen steam locomotives chugging in and out of that place in it's heyday, The Reading RR ended service there in the 1980s and since then the upstairs platform has been a events center.
Ahhhh…..monopoly!
The market was always a market. You are talking about the rest of the headhouse bldg which, yes, was a train station originally.
Now it's the entrance to the PA Convention Center.
I'm from Great Britain and my beloved Grandmother was born in Philadelphia, i would love to fly over there and experience some things that my Nana had during her childhood, it'll be my first time going to USA ❤️🇺🇲🇬🇧
I’m homesick now
Love this city!! ❤ 🔥
😆😂
That City Hall Building is breath taking
This is so cool!
#11 The restaurants in Center City,
#12 The entertainment and cultural arts attractions
#13 E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles!!!
Thanks for the remencient tour. Think I hit all of them. Remember when graffiti remediation got its start. One of the best cities in America. Has attytood!
When i think of Philadelphia i think of Mitchell & Ness shop 😅 so its #14
I miss the food the most ...Live on west coast now . I MISS PHILLY FOOD !
Visiting for the first time in a few weeks, so excited!! 😍😍
how is it
@@cassiussaldana5920 it was BEAUTIFUL! Really incredible city... so rich with history, great restaurants, and fun venues. It's like a fusion of NYC and Boston... you have a very historic, colonial district on the water and then further in you get the hustle & bustle vibe of Manhattan with the skyscrapers, traffic, LED signage, etc. 10/10 recommend! Definitely check out Reading Terminal Market, the Museum of the American Revolution, the Eastern State Penitentiary, and this restaurant called Cuba Libre!
@@panjoshua6251 Thats nice to hear you had a fun time in Philly
Had no idea about 1 Liberty , I'm there. Thanx!
Great video!
I live in philly and reading terminal is awesome
Thanks for this very interesting Video !! Saved it for future Philly visits.

Yeah I was there! Yeah! Still good memories. Al Capone wow! Yeah the skyliners are nice! Yes Phili was nice!
Accurate and good video! Maybe add East Passyunk and Fishtown.
Thanks for the video!
I love Philly...and miss it
Fantastic bro 🤘🤘
Thanks 🤠
dont forget to visit kensington ave..
🤣🤣 it'll be something they ain't ever seen before 😆
Lmaooo do not visit Kensington ave …
I love Philadelphia!!
I think Philadelphia will be my next travel destination. Hopefully this spring I will visit!
A few things to add:
Cheese steaks! What's a visit to Philly without a cheese steak. Go to Genos and across the street to Pat's as they have an ongoing rivalry as to who has the best cheese steaks in Philly
Valley Forge is located just outside of Philadelphia and is where the Continental Army wintered. Great Hiking and you can get a audio tour and drive around the park
Amish Country - About an Hours drive from Philadelphia is Lancaster County where the Amish live. Take a drive it's unique to the area
The Franklin Institute - A must see science museum dedicated to, who else, Benjamin Franklin Features a Heart model that you can walk through, a full locomotive, a wright brothers flyer and a Planetarium
Independence Hall is the best place to go because you can't find that history anywhere else. It is the founding of our country
I love my city ❤️
Awesome! Im visiting soon!
6:25 dope
very good summary
I sadly moved away from Philly with my parents, I can’t wait to get out of college and move back!
Sigh. I left too pennslanding was my soothing place
Walk down South Street if for nothing more than the people watching. It's become more touristy than in the past but it gives you a look into some Philly street style which is pretty unique (or at least it used to be before Miley Cyrus lifted it from us)
Laurel Hill Cemetery is the most beautiful part of Philly (in my opinion). Visit on a nice sunny afternoon and enjoy the beautiful white marble sculpturesque cemetery, overlooking the river. It's like a beautiful park filled with sculptures. They also do tours because the Laurel Hill Cemetery has a rich history.
Man... The way you say "Independence" is something else
If you do visit the art museum. When you get to the top don't let the guy offering to take photos, take your photo because after he's done he's going to ask you for a tip 🙃 that's Philly for u
2:10, Reading Terminal is a must.
The Masonic Grand Lodge in Philadelphia is amazing , it's across the street from City Hall, and the only place I've been to that compares to it is the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
You just know some ppl got butt raped there tho
It looks like a good city and I will visit it
Also visit Bartrams garden, Cira Green(a park on the roof top) and the John Heinz wild life refuge. Tourists are only ever directed to places in center city. All of those places you mentioned were in center city. We have so much more to our city
is it a must to rent a car when visiting Philly or will Uber be enough?
No. Renting a car won’t be necessary and neither will Uber. The great thing about Philly is that SEPTA (our transportation system) is on almost every corner in the city so there is always a bus and bus fare is only $2.50 per bus
If you have kids take them to “jump to it”. There’s a mechanical bull, huge bouncy house, obstacle courses, bumper cars, skating rink, etc.
Great! Thanks for the tip
What is there to do in Circa Green?
this video was so awesome and informative, thank you for such a well produced and entertaining format! =D
Thanks, appreciate it! 😎
I went to Philly just recently!
Hello friend!

Be sure to visit Kensington ave, for sites you may have never seen before..!

Tomorrow will be a year for me in Philly😁
Wow lv to see this place
Been to steps off movie Rocky Sylvester Stone statue
Two missing essential items: The Franklin Institute museum for science and South Street for fun.
Hi All, pls help me to choose city between Newtown and Philadelphia from PA state.
As crime is everywhere in USA, which part of Philadelphia has major crime issues? Which part is good for living with family?
I’ll be visiting Philly next this coming up week. I understand the weather will be quite cold. Coming from Texas, in suggestions for inside attractions???Any one?
How was it??
It’s always sunny there
Yeah
Anyone visiting Philadelphia MUST get ice cream at The Franklin Fountain. Best ice cream in the world, bar none. Just be prepared to wait on line for some time, as the line to get in frequently goes down/around the block.
Best ice cream is at MOO THRU, Made fresh daily from milk from local dairies.
Nice video! To bad tho the observation deck is now permanently closed. Sad
I feel like no trip in Philly is complete without a stop in Kensington first. Just to see the best that the greatest country on Earth has to offer!
It's an open air drug market. Drug zombies already know about it.

Ive been to all these attractions

I had no idea Philadelphia had so much to offer.
Steve’s Prince of Steaks is the only place to get a cheesesteak proper.
#1 attraction; Kensington Ave. It’s the set of The Walking Dead.
Is it open on Sundays?
Missy Eagles and My Cheesteaks on Sundays.
Philadelphia really meant to me. I went to the Harry Potter exhibit, Liberty Bell, and the bus tour. I enjoyed the city a lot, and I am devastated about the recent mass shooting there.
Great
This city seems soo calm and peaceful..no rush not much vehicle 👍
🤣🤣 absolutely not true
Is the Penitentiary open on Sunday?
#1 Watch your back.
Is city hall and penns landing free? Is there entry ticket we need to book?
It's open to the public.
What about getting a cheesesteak?
Id say Genos.
