Hi, thanks for your time. I had to do the same job on my friends c 15. Do you think the actual come out easily, obviously yours was exploded so it was a different story. Also, also I need to do a heater exchange job. It’s been bypassed. I’m not sure if it’s the valve or the heater exchange itself. But I’ll take a look. Have you done one of those before on this car, thanks

Thanks for comment, with that bearing it really depends how corroded it is. Lucky here in Spain, unless we get the re registered uk cars in. have not done a heater matrix on one of these for a very long time.

@@rpsspain1966 not much rust on it, for some reason here there’s no rust on these cars. Probably not harsh winters. As for the heat exchanger I guess I’ll just have to jump into it and do it without some basic instructions. I’ve done it before. So no problem. . But just strange I haven’t seen a video about it except for other cars. Of course it could be the leaking control valve. I’ll just have to take it out and do some primitive pressure test. Thanks, I picked up one of these for about €600 for a friend of mine. She loves it. it’s the 2006 model with the 1.9 diesel. 260,000 km. Run OK. A bit rough. It’ll work for a few years. Thanks and keep the videos coming. Appreciate it. The glow plug video is really good. This one starts a bit rough when cold. I’ll be doing that next week. Cheers. I’m in the Canary Islands La Palma .
