The Philippines is one of Asia's best kept secrets
I live here! It’s worth every penny, I pay $626 every month and it’s a year lease. It’s important to know that a lot of these units sit empty for a long time and owners are willing to negotiate rent cost just to have a tenant!
What part do you live in
@@LORDWILLIAMSON_ makati, this exact tower you shown here!
whats the name of the condo
@@tomm.6265 Gramercy Residences
@@MacWorldWide_ Thanks for replying back appreciate it
For someone who's lived in the Philippines for 5 years, don't get fooled, that rent is actually sick expensive. I paid 450usd for my luxury apartment with a private balcony, aircon and a bathroom.
It's NOT as good a deal if you don't have the same amenities
Bro u lucky as hell I pay 850 for an apartment 😭
@@Geo_-_lies For someone like I who's working here for 5 years, it's simple to negotiate the price. Simply, If you're a tourists who speaks English, they'll charge you double the price for a unit. You know, It's only foreigners and tourists who are willing to give up their money 700-1500USD/month.
That's a lot. I can get something just as nice or nicer for $400 in Thailand and even nicer in Vietnam. Or Columbia's just as cheap although you won't get as many amenities. The Philippines is not nearly as cheap as people think it is. I lived there for 6 months so I would know
And what I don't like is that I hear they have 2 prices for everything you buy! There is a Foreigner price, and a Filipino price! So you pay Twice as much with the Foreigner price!! Makes no sense to me!!
It's still 🥜 compared to a highrise in Miami or San Diego
$3200/month. I gotta get out of America!
Sheesh
Wow!
Wtf what state you at????
I live in Makati. 90% of these apartments are 230 to 350 square feet for $800 plus a month. Thats not even the size of a typical American garage. Good luck even finding 850 square foot apartment here. BGC and Makati is Not cheap. And you cant even buy a house as a foreigner. What sales on youtube us look how amazing my life is and selling you a dream. Pizza....still $20 here. Night out having a good time...$200 unless your gonna buy one beer and sit in a corner and in that case you will get zero play. Heat....exact same as Florida but no winter. 90 F year round with 80% humidity. Traffic.....20 million people Manila. Dont believe the hype. He never even showed you his shoebox for a crib. I bet hes living in less than 300 square feet.
Whoa that’s crazy good - thanks for showing my ancestors homeland in a pretty way 🙏🏼☺️
Good Price for all the Amenities Yes 💯
I agree.
Damn, that's a steal in today's economy
Especially when daily living is cheap as well
Yes, but you can also check the Bellagio's 1,2,3 facing Golf course is the best view's!
I'd love to live in Manilla, Phillipines....
walking distance or simple jeepney run to groceries and entertainment? Place I stayed at was 150 in angeles and it was simple 10 peso on close to empty jeepnies to get anywhere I had interest in or 20-50 peso by trike. place got overtaken by the koreans though. Don't know what its costing now. would like to try some place nicer with high rises like what you shown here. 1k for living in the P.I though..sounds steep so hopefully it offers more upscale fun in the area.
Yes this was in makati in the heart of the nightlife. If i was to go back i would probably move a little bit outside makati for cheaper prices around 3-500 a month
Where in Manila is this and what is the name of the Condo. I am ready to go.
My wife and built a 4-story lower level is a 3-bedroom home for $80.000

How much ???
That looks craaazy
Facts bro
I pay $800 a month for a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 story house with a big yard, in a gated community in Kenya.
@@somebody2409 nice i would love to take a tour of that when i come back
Gotta check these out!
$2,800 2bed 2 bath in South Florida
Sound about right
But electricity and water, association dues on top of the rent. Water for drinking, you have to buy. And they want you to pay one year rent with post dated checks, with 2 mos deposit and one month advance, unless 6 mos. better. Write down, there’s a lot of scammers, so contact or reach the condo administration if this people are the real sales people, and the real owner. They will get your money and run!!!
I work remotely, but unfortunately I doubt I can do my job outside of the country for security reasons. I pay 3200 for a 2 bedroom highrise today. I'm not going to lie,. that building looks a little rundown. Highrises usually require a decent amount of upkeep. So these amenities may not work half the time.
They’re not run down & have very nice amenities with backup power.
Maintenance is typically an issue…it’s hit or miss where ever you go …even in BGC. Older buildings are 25 or more years old at this point. It is what it is….Most foreigners are drawn to condos because the land is held in common. No bar girl girlfriend can claim it’s theirs… The financial disclosure and the well being of the association is questionable in the Philippines. Condos are abandoned by their owners…left forsale for years by people who live abroad…they may or may not be paying dues. Occupancy rates are low in BGC…any special assessment fees for major projects are going to be spread across active owners. Worrisome in older buildings.

What tower is that, I’m interested in a studio
$5,000 on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County, California
sheesh let me hold a dollar! I have a new video saturday go turn that Premiere notifications on if you can. Thanks for the support
All of those amenities are included with the rent? Or extra?
Included
None. Already had my own house constructed, grew tired paying rents which increases every year. There are Clubhouse pool, tennis court, basketball court but never used these.
nice
You’re a local that’s why.
Gramercy right?
Very nice!! 😍
👌🏾👌🏾
I just left Mililani Oahu where I was paying $2100 for a 2drm 2bath apartment. Formica counters, old carpet, no covered parking. Water and rubbish included. And they were gonna raise it to $2300. 🙇
Wow bro try Medellin or se asia forsure
And get your expensive meals at Foodland yikes!
Century City, Makati maybe.
$76 a month USD living in the Philippines boom
How much do they cost if i want tp pay cash to own one ofr those units , pricing from studio, 1 bedroom , 2 and 3 bedroom ?u should donate video on that- i was told foreigners can buy condos in the philippines and they are cheap !
Not out there anymore bro unfortunately
Century City maybe. Makati.

1325 1bd 1 bath on the beach in Florida
What if I want to buy one in cash ? What is the cost my wife is from the Philippines
go up there and ask brother
How reliable is the electricity?
Top notch in Asia
This is not true. The units that’s it showed here are likely more than 2k usd above. If it’s a real luxury condo they wouldn’t even have a 1 bedroom unit it’s always 2br above. 😅
Wrong but have a good day
Gramercy Residents is nice but the administration there needs some help in organization and efficiency!! I paid 1K usd for 21 day stay or 2200 pp a day for a nice 1br on the 46th floor. Pool on the 36, gym on the 37th.
I completely agree they are rude there as well but the people in Manila are great! Check my Manila vlog out let me know what i think Larry
I want a spot between 3 to 500 a month. I'm on a budget. More fun and travel with the bucks
Yea i say 5 is my highest bro i know i could get luxury for 5 and middle class for 3… my only problem is idk how long i wanna sign my lease for
if youre going to rent in the residential part of manila thats an easy two story apartment with 3 or 4 br and as you move further from manila its going to be way cheaper.
@@randomradzz what area?
I live in NYC. Need I say anything else. 🤔
Na man no need to say anything i lived in la i feel your pain
The definition of “luxury” might be a little open to interpretation over there. 🤔
Wait is this Gramercy Residences? I used to stay there lol
Yepppp lol
It’s notice that he doesn’t speak about the culture or the laws or even the people of the Philippines. Many foreigners get into trouble because many of them did take time to learn the do’s and do not do in the Philippines. The country is not the west. The Philippines is beautiful, but if a person thinks that they are going to behave the way they be in their country they are going to find out that jails in the Philippines is nothing like jails in the west. A person disrespect the culture or the laws are going to jail or prison and embassy can do nothing but seek help for them from their families. Bringing their American attitude 😮 will get them arrested, in deep trouble. Many foreigners don’t tell the truth, they leave out important information. Yes a person can have a good life, a person can have a beautiful life in the Philippines. In order to have that leave America behind, don’t bring it with them.
If you have respect then u will be fine you make it seem like Americans are animals
If u break the law u go to jail it’s simple. Americans who travel to live usually know how to act. Don’t make it seem as if Americans have no home training that’s not cool
$3,100 p/m Massachusetts

What I'd the name of this building?
Gramercy - read the review of your air bnb before booking
I wouldn't live in high rise building in the Philippines cuz it's prone to earthquake.
At 900 euros a month in lisbon you just get a minuscole apartment in the ghetto, totally different.Lets see if the prices do not rise without logic
$1935.00
Not worth it in my opinion. At those prices you may as well stay state side.
Where do you live bro Alabama ? I’m from Arkansas but lived in la these prices are nowhere to be found in America 😂 for this quality and the amentiies. Man let me know where i can go in America for this. I’m truly interested to know
