Few years from now BGC may have a stiff competitions from other business districts like in the Bay areas with more than 4x the size of BGC are now having an ongoing developments. There are also a nice places going south like NUVALI and the 3500 hectares Villar city.
Oh sounds like a lot to explore for the future 😀
But the location is in Cavite.

Venice canal in Mc Kinley is also beautiful you can visit as it is just very near from BGC.

Please visit Baguio city summer capital of the Philippines you'll we'll enjoy the amazing view and amazing place Baguio city
Good tip!!
Tagaytay City too 2 hrs away from Manila, smallest active volcano in the world, pine trees, cooler weather, best food, nature etc. Starbucks views 1:01 there is tagged unofficially the best Starbucks views in the world, but u can go to Leslie’s, Twin Lakes, Bulalo, mushroom burgers, 1-2 hr away from Tagaytay is nasugbu’s white sand beaches or Calatagan Beaches.
dont go to baguio during weekends or vacation/holidays.
Baguio is named the summer capital of the Philippines, so during hot season our city is packed with a lot of visitors, local and foreign 😂❤
I ate at a place called Mary grace. Excellent carbonara
Nice video
Thank you! 🙏
As always BGC does not disappoint foreigners like you to enjoy and explore the city. Watching from California. I’m a Filipina living here in the city of Long Beach. I’ve been watching youtube videos because I’ve been missing my hometown in Manila. I did enjoy watching your videos. It’s interesting to learn how you spend your days and how much it cost so I know how to budget my next visit to Manila. I’ve been here since the year 2000 and I’ve seen lots of beautiful places in the Philippines. So where are you planning to go next out of BGC?
Oh great to hear! BGC really does not disappoint. For this trip we will mostly stay in BGC, experience life here but we will visit interesting places from all these suggestions.
We notice living in BGC is considerably more expensive so we would advise budget accordingly when staying here!
Enjoy California life 😀
Nice vlog. I like your channel name.
Try the local market where the locals go. Be prepared to be surprised and get bargains ...in Divisoria, Tutuban markets.
Try to visit the historic Intramuros....the historic Manila hotel, Manila cathedral, san Agustin church , Fort Santiago, Rizal park ..
If you like Wildflour, you will also like Single Origin. Same kind of vibe, good food (their four-cheese pizza is wonderful) and good coffee. They have a branch on the 2nd level above the amphitheater on High Street. 😊
Yes we do!! Haven’t tried single origin and we love cheese 🧀
Looks like you’ve enjoyed your stay in the Philippines
💯 %
I really enjoyed this vlog. Good decisioned to live in BGC where everything is almost within reach. Enjoy your adventures in Philippines.👍🏼❤️
Thanks for watching and we agree 😉
I love BGC ❤
Yes we also do 😃
Nice vlog and nice couple ❤ new subscriber here ❤
I live in Sydney and some streets of BGC like 7th or 9th reminds me of streets in Sydney Central Business District. And you’re right, walking around this area you’ll get hit with this fowl odor that kinda smells like stagnant water exposed to extreme heat.
Yeah it’s a really nice district and hope to compare it one day to Sydney 😃
This is an excellent and thorough review, thank you for sharing. Wishing you both a safe and enjoyable time in the Philippines. By the way, there's a well-known BGC British Blogger, Mergim Blogs, who's currently in Leyte on holiday, sharing insightful information about BGC and the Philippines, known as the Chairman on RUclips. We call him The Chairman and loves Coffee and good life.
Thanks for your comment and suggestion ❤️
Lil

So you can upload money to the Moovr account with your credit card or you have the option to upload using grabpay!

Hey i have a question about the rent? Is that rate fixed? What if i used too much electricity or used the aircon all day? Does it affect the rent?
Yes the rate was fixed as we booked through Airbnb so an all in price!
You are late,.some forign they are in the province to explore, they visit from north to south of philippines,,
What's the rental price of the condo ?
Did you give the price in the end? I didn’t hear it.
Yes we did at the end of the apartment tour 😃 😉
BGC is in Taguig City...Manila is the Capital City
makati is cheaper than BGC and buying from wet market outside bgc is cheaper for fruits/vegetables and fishes and meat
Yeah you are right! Any market you would recommend for fruits and vegetables?
@@yesandexplore Poblacion wet Market near Makati, Star maket at Pasig Blvd, Guadalupe Public Market, Salcedo Makati market
Please visit Makati. Known for its vibrant culture, thriving business district and lively entertainment scene, Makati is a city that never sleeps.
How often does brownouts occur in BGC?
During our stay we had zero!
@@yesandexplore Thank you for responding. May I ask how long your stay was? I'm planning to visit in the next few months, and the prevalence of brownouts is a personal concern. I assumed that it's a less frequent occurrence at BGC than other regions of PH.
@@BB_usmc It almost never happens. BGC was built on top of Amercian infrastructure so it does not flood, has power redundancy in almost all buildings and hi-speed internet and 5G cellular.
28 nights! Enjoy your stay and in BGC no worries for brownouts 😀
@@yesandexplore TY
go to siargao island.
maybe u can post the prices of the foods ur buying? u dont have to say anything but just flash the price/bill maybe thx
Oh good suggestion we will consider doing it in future videos 😃
What's your source of income????
Money 🤣
No offense, make it in a polite way when you ask some sensitive question like to them, it should be "What do you do for living if i may ask?"✌✌✌

I'm interested in seeing what BGC is all about but from what I've seen in other videos, it just looks like a sterile soulless place full of corporate chains and superficial luxury.
Pray tell what kind of place do you want to go to for a short stay? Describe it.
@@forbeginnersandbeyond6089 awww did I offend you with my opinion? 🤡
@@forbeginnersandbeyond6089 butthurt much?
@@knucklehoagies Why would I be hurt by inane and ignorant people. On the contrary, I just have pity for them.
BGC might be nice but it is boring. All fake and manufactured with no real nature.
The Philippines is all about the nature and not the cities.
Should have considered spending half in BGC and half the time in Boracay.
Can get modern apartments in Boracay at Megaworlds Boracay Newcoast development.
Ah yes we visited Boracay and it was beautiful 🤩
No country on the planet can defeat the Philippines 🇵🇭 when it comes to malls 3 of the biggest Malls in the world is in the Philippines 💜
Please visit The Vernice Grand Mall 🇵🇭
Burger King is much better 🇵🇭
I really don’t understand why anyone would want to live in this concrete jungle?
lol you dont know bgc is like new york
❤
❤️
❤❤❤❤
Find the jogging trail
bgc is not in manila, its outside of manila, so they are in metro manila
❤❤❤
