I have both of them. Blue Palermo & Red Handball Spezial. I think the Palermo is more special than Handball Spezial because the proportion of upper and midsole is perfectly match and makes Palermo looks better than Adidas Handball Spezial. For the insole is not far different. But I think the Palermo a little bit more comfortable than Handball Spezial.

Thank you for your comment. I too thought some of PUMA's terrace style shoes were a bit heavy, so I think the Palermo is also very well balanced.

Thank you for your comment. As others have commented, opinions will differ, but I think the fit is Palermo because of the shape, and I prefer the HANDBALL SPEZIAL for the sole. I encourage you to try on both.

Spezial are great but puma are nice aswell im not big on puma tab on side of these but each to their own puma Madrid last pumas i purchased & their good comfortable but Adidas Spezial are most comfortable ✌

Worth mentioning the Adidas is pigskin nubuck and the Puma is cow.
I have worn nothing but handball spezial for twenty years and have only got through three pairs in that time. They are super tough!

neither..that palermo looks ugly i gave it away and adidas shoes are for skinny feet..if you have fat feet dont bother to buy adidas shoes
