Not only that food is a great medium to learn other people’s culture and history, it’s also the best way to capture the essence of a place (in my opinion). Regardless of language, political views or religion, food made with love and respect will always brings people together. The way you showcase other culture’s food really connects with a lot of people. You have a gift for storytelling. I hope that you gain more subscribers. Thank you Chef JP. 😊 “To me, life without veal stock, pork fat, sausage, organ meat, demi-glace, or even stinky cheese is a life not worth living.” -anthony bourdain

Thank you chef Angelo. I used to be in agriculture and frequented the Atok farmers to help them in general. It's about time their beautiful place and great work have been given air time a praise. They are often at the mercy of the traders who give them a raw deal most of the time. But they persevere. The reason they went into flowers, some of them were ingenious enough to try raising flowers to escape the control of the veggie traders in Trinidad. I have good memories and stories. Perhaps one of these days, should we meet over a fine meal, I'll tell you some of the stories. Cheers.
sarap tlgang magluto sa labas, lalo sa farm...and tama ka tlga ka chef, maganda tlga pilipinas.sayang lng kc napapabayaan ng mga tao at ng nsa gobyerno.mayaman ang bansa nating kung tutuusin

My first DIY travel was in Mountain Province and I have been coming back and forth since then. Hindi ko ma explain iba yong inner peace na binibigay ng lugar. I love the people, saan ka man lumingon maganda scenery, this place offers nothing but good to the eye, the culture is alive and ang pinakapaborito ko is yong simplicity. Thank you Chef for this vlog. ❤️
