- ZOHD Dart XL Extreme Maiden Flight with INAV AutoLaunch
Maiden test flight of my ZOHD Dart XL with INAV. I got brave and used autolaunch on this first flight because I have been having escellent luck with it recently.
Next step is a flight with the goggles to trim and autotune the airplane. Should get about 15 minutes with the 4500 mah 4s battery. Great flying wing so far.

Nice flight Mitch. Just taking a look at your transmitter switch layout (I'm moving from quads to wings). What are your other settings on the SA switch aside of air mode and the SD switch aside of auto launch?
Thanks. Mode switch SA has manual, horizon and acro modes. Autolaunch switch is just autolaunch.
Hi , great plane but how is it possible to land and avoid the propeller touch the ground and detroy the plane? Thanks
Throttle off before you land. Prop stops and depending on direction, it may at worse drag in the grass, rarely breaking. It might break if you land with the motor running, but at worse, you'll just break a blade, not damage the plane

Used a Runcam 5 for the hd stuff and a caddx ratel for FPV recorded on DJI goggles with analog mod using TBS fusion module.

No audio on board. What you hear is from the gopro on my hat mount

here are the cli settings I use for autolaunch. You may have to fine tune these.
set nav_fw_launch_accel = 1400
set nav_fw_launch_max_angle = 180
set nav_fw_launch_detect_time = 30
set nav_fw_launch_thr = 1850
set nav_fw_launch_motor_delay = 40
set nav_fw_launch_spinup_time = 10
set nav_fw_launch_climb_angle = 20
set nav_fw_launch_idle_thr = 1000
