@@TJPproductions1 Nonsense? Plenty of the lyrics have meaning behind them if you look just a little closely. Kitty Kitty is a song about people in power and the things they do to remain in control: "orange entertainers" is a clear nod to trump, and the "Here it is, the strategy, We begin with the comedy" likely also referencing those of his ike (i.e. Boris Johnson), making themselves electable by appearing oafish. The song ends with "Eat it up, eat it all up", a direct message from the songs 'Powerful Figure' about how we continuing sucking up their shit.
There are lots of revolutionary vibes in their latest album, I suggest giving a closer listen.
"Long live the enemy." I like that line. So long as there's an enemy to blame for the misery of people, the ones who pretend to protect stay in power.

I dont even know these guys, but its so incredible because they totally look like they know exactly, to every detail, what they’re doing. It truly feels they’re fully in control, and that lets them do whatever they want, and have a take on it exactly the way they wish, even if it’s something so goddamm weird and strange. Brilliant.

Just seen this guys live at Voodoo bar belfast, they need to be seen to be believed, they are fucking incredible. I wish them nothing but success. Honestly an incredible gig!!
I've been lucky to have seen a lotta' live gigs in my time, some popular bands, but Newcastle, 2019 tops everything. 'Fucking incredible' sums up the lads live performance perfectly.

Stage 4 is to introduce them to another buddy who might dig them (extra gig partners help in Witch Doctor reenactments).
Stage 5 Rest easy knowing that you're winning at life.
I screamed when I heard this in Sackboy: A Big Adventure. They put one of my favorite bands ever in the game, I just can't.

It feels unlikely since De Staat is dutch, but as an american viewer it's really hard not to view this music video as being about the inherent lie in partisan politics; the blue and red, left and right, both sides essentially colluding so that they *appear* to be enemies, but really they have the same interests; hence the 'long live the enemy' line, suggesting that as long as they can publicly point at each other and appear to be opposed, their system works.
And that is why a two party system is Trash

I think this song will mix really well with the American news of today. Just mute the news and listen to Kitty Kitty
God the dynamics are incredible! Usually songs try to get to the meat quick, but no, this bounces around, recovers ground in a way that gives new effects to a familiar melody, the synths are dragged out long but not too long, and they wouldn’t work if they were any shorter.
This is friggin’ epic instrumental music, whack and clever lyrical meter, and the video is wonderfully live-action ‘plus’.
Only bummer is the sudden ending (not that it’s not gradually brought on). It goes from loud and intense, to silent. But this song would probably be another three minutes if they redid the ending. And that’s fine with me, I listen to jam bands that go for 20 minutes at a time.
