Hi again Jaimie... YUMMMMMMMMMMMMY...this I want to try...you make it look sooooooooo easy... Only are you in a test kitchen ~~ or is this your own kitchen...you seem to be making meat and dairy dishes on the same counter (hot and cold recipes) and the same top oven (even though there is a double oven)... O.K. I know you can self clean the oven ~ but the counters should be separate ones for meat and dairy... Just wondering...I am sure you are doing everything right... Surie
Just a thought...as far as the oven goes, at least in this episode, her oven didn't appear to be on. I would guess she just put the cold ziti in the cold oven, which was off, so people can see how to do it and then took it out right after?
So yum! I add spices on top
Too
Just made, yumm, used cottage cheese instead of ricotta and still amazing!
Yum yum! I'll be right over, save a place for me.

I love your voice
Hey just wondering how much ricotta you used in this recipe??
Could you tell me how much Ricotta you used for this recipe?

Jamie I adore you but I'm not sure ricotta cheese is truly a "secret ingredient" in a baked ziti.
WOW nice 😅
Awesome, I think I would add a little cooked bacon bits in .... that would be the bomb.
Got Juice Kosher. No bacon
