WE CREATED BURNOUT MODE FOR TESLA MODEL 3
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 23 ноя 2024
- So today we created a burnout mode accessible right from the Tesla model 3 display where we can simply switch it on and off with our great friend Elon keeping watch! Drop a comment and let us know if you'd like to learn how we managed to do it!
Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus ( SR+ ) rear wheel drive!
Guess what, there's MORE on Instagram! Follow / lowlifeduramax
Doesn’t restrict backwards speed? I can just imagine getting overtaken by a reversing Tesla
imagine going to a car show or a drift meet and seeing this this thing thing rip its tires.
@About Me Whatever you say. They're of course legendary JDM cars with their completely own feel and aesthetic and drifting them is amazing, but this also looks like a shit ton of fun. Just in a different way.
lmfao
Just like the Konegsegg regera from forza horizon 4
I ment forza horizon 3
Fun fact about the sr+. I have one as well. If you just turn on slip start and force the car to do hard manjis at full lock the ABS system and TC cut out completely after about 3 to 4 lock to lock turns. I have not found this anywhere else on the internet and only found out by accident while being stubborn that my model 3 wouldnt drift well. It goes completely back to normal if you get out of the car and close the door. If you keep your door open when you get out it will remain in this driftable mode. For reference I have already drifted with the tc disabled by the front right wheel. This is the same thing but with power steering. No regen braking as well. Very good. Hit me up if you need more specific details on this. Pretty easy to turn off all nannies. You just have to confuse your car a bit.
Pleeeeease help me do what you did. So you’re saying to just drive really hard on slip start and it gets disabled?
what you mean by “manji”,sorry non-english speaking
I'm interested too, you're saying if I turn off the TC and just throw the car into a losing the back end? if I can find some clean, maybe wet, pavement I'm going to try it! hope this wasn't removed with an OTA update to my SR+ yet.
Olá, podes me auxiliar a desligar todas funções para o model 3 long range ?
Good stuff 🙂. I love driving my SR+, but it is wierd watching a car burn out and hearing no engine revving
Elon face... what a great touch. How would one do this?
Clever programming probably.
I can't do this to my Tesla ◐.̃◐
@@karelpgbr It's fake, they either have a switch connected to one of the wheel speed sensors, or they just have an Ingenext module
@@youngeshmoney I think your right and if you notice that button is just a website not a car control. So they had someone turn on the ingenext function with their phone while he hit a button on a website they made.
@@catinthehat5140 yeah I was super confused with that website shit.
Yes, I'm curious :D
Curious how you guys did it. Remotely controlled switch?
Would absolutely love to know how you did this so I could do it as well. Would even pay for it if the price was right.
It's fake, they either have a switch connected to one of the wheel speed sensors, or they just have an Ingenext module
Please show us how. Also, a separate channel just for tesla sillyness would be awesome so you can still do your truck thing if you want.
Yes please show us! I have been wanting a way to turn off traction control in this car....
@Arav Gupta Yep. Saw the article over the weekend!
@@s550z5 It's fake, they either have a switch connected to one of the wheel speed sensors, or they just have an Ingenext module
No this isn't some kind of a wild sick Webkit exploit, he just disabled the ESC before taking off, and then went above a certain speed or for a certain time , which triggered the alerts
^ this
how to disable it?
I would like to know how to get to this option as well, we really need a simple way to completely turn off traction control
pause the video on the website and zoom in.
how did you do it bro! i need this much. but that oopen diff tho :(
Xiang Li it’s really not open diff that bad. It’s posi most of the time
It’s been a month and still no tutorial :( smh your fans need you
People bag on EVs for being too quiet compared to muscle cars, etc when racing and burning out. There’s no replacement for a great sounding car, but there’s also something to be said for when you can haul ass near silently and not draw police attention
Exact reason I chose and love my Tesla. I drive it hard for ME, not to show off, but to have fun. The loud cars make me drive them less hard cause I'm worried about who can hear it (police). Or even the grandma next to me.
The reverse 180 is also known as a "Rockford." From the TV show "Rockford Files".
James Garner could act and drive at the same time. Keep up the good work, eh.
I would love to know how you did this, please submit a how-to video!
I like how on the website you put a password login so us eagle eyed viewers can't just get access :-P
It's fake, they either have a switch connected to one of the wheel speed sensors, or they just have an Ingenext module
Do give us the recipe for this fun mode, wanted there since I got my car, should for even a long range
Søk på mymechanic i Trondheim. For rundt 4 lapper får du drift mode.
U honestly killed this my boi
I don’t have a Tesla but I’d love to see how to manipulate a computer
One upside to electric vehicles all the power at the start, also cops can’t hear you ;).
But just sending this much mass is amazing.
I’m definitely interested to see more hydrogen vehicles. Or Porsche synthetic fuel which both can be more carbon neutral.
Vs using not clean methods to produce and charge a BEV
4:50 the tesla in the screen be like: 🔀🔁🔄🔃
Guess it’s controlled from website? Please share link 😊 Is it tested on the Dual Motor?
That e-brake is beautiful.. i want one now
You can probably get a performance Tesla model three and put it in track mode and then go drifting in it
Yeah I think we need to know how!
I’m guessing you have somehow put something in line with a wheel speed sensor. When I do track days I unplug a wheel speed sensor and it shuts off all the traction control. Pressing a button would be way easier though.
Looks like they used one of the APIs to disable it using his Tesla credentials on the web browser, and no hardware modifications. Kind of surprised that sort of stuff is even exposed on the web API, but we'll see if they make a follow up video.
@@StalePhish No, pretty sure they are just remotely controlling a relay that connects/disconnects the wheel sensor. You can get the same result by manually disconnecting the sensor, but the remote access is cool.
@@Midnight.Kraken yeah, that's why he needs to do all that stuff to disable it, changing the car through the browser would be a HUGE security problem
Shaun Heckel which wheel speed sensor have you found is the easiest to unplug to do this?
David Rierson rear sensors aren’t too hateful
This is the type of info i needed to know
I need this. Show us how you did it. Can gateway needed?
Badass! Keep the videos comin bro! 🤙
Nice work, please show me! Took my RWD M3 out on slick roads today and was dying to do some donuts.
now take it to a car show or a drift meet.
Where is the link to that web site? Or how do I search for it
Wow! Is it still working? I really like to know how you pulled this off :-)
*Tells you to drop a comment below to find out how they did it, you drop a comment and they don’t tell haha savage
"had these tires for 2 weeks" 😂
Please give a tutorial on how to set up the drift mode. Thanks. Great video.
@@tech_glide no you can't, Dyno mode was nerfed, as soon as you touch the wheel, it deactivates
It's fake, they either have a switch connected to one of the wheel speed sensors, or they just have an Ingenext module
I must know how you did this!
Electric car doing donuts is so quiet omg lmao
Ok, how is your web browser deactivating your wheel sensors? Crazy.
@@tech_glide it doesn't work anymore. They revised it to fault with any steering input.
@@tech_glide cool! Try some donuts and post the video, I'd love to see it.
Yes please! How did you do this?
@@tech_glide I thought Tesla disabled dyno mode access?
Long Time dyno disabled. Works only when car is stationary
ebrake entry solid 8.3/10 first ever
Would like to know how you did that! 😊
yeah, how did y'all pull it off?
so sick dude!
I’d like to know how to get this.
Thank you!
I want to learn how to do this. Please show us how you did this
Please show me how I have dual motor and would love to burn out with all four tires!
Pls tel me how to put my car in that mode
How about a drag mode ?
Interested in how this was done
Yeah, how'd you do it?
It's probably Just added an arduino connected to the internet and car bus. Then you created Web app to control it from inside
Hit me with this lit mode, my dude
That’s fucking awesome you should try this on model s
Hey look, it breaks traction on cold wet icy pavement 😂
Logan's Hot Rod & 4X4 watch the other videos genius
I need this link desperately
Yes we all weould love to know how you mange to do this!
Very cool. I know how you did it. I did the same to mine, minus the web browser.
Wheel speed sensor?
Imagine doing donuts in your Tesla at the car meet
C'mon lads, tell us how to do this 😂
I've heard this sound before. Yes, the neighbours' cats make it.
To be a Tesla. That car has got some ass. It spun the heck out of them tires.
They just issue a change wheel config
I drove by your shop yesterday. IN the blizzard lol
How long can you drive with it on that mode?
OMG...How did you do this? Would sooooo much like to know!
So you developed a web application to call Tesla API to control your vehicle?
I am curious to know which APIs are you calling.
This is really cool 🙌
Nish Patwa he isn't using tesla API, most likely he has a microcontroller (wifi equipped esp?) In between the wheel speed sensor cable that is connected to the internet with a hotspot from a phone and that is what he is signalling to cut the signal and re-enable it.
He isnt using the API, you cant disable ABS through the API.
Me thinks it's less technical than that. I'm thinking a sensor cable is being pulled / switched manually. Ain't no way that's an open endpoint on their API lol...
Was this filmed in Chilliwack BC?
So ... how did you do it?
Meh, that created fuck all smoke. I'm curious though to see what an EV can do at Summernats one day.
is this a standard range model 3?
i bet elon liked this video
Sick!!!!! how can I have it? Please give us a tutorial!!
Did you put all the power to the rear axle?/ Enable only rear axle motor?
It's an SR+, so only RWD.
Tesla is a moving computer.
HOW????????????
Finally! We’re not subjected to generation Zeds obnoxious buzzing motors that usually accompany this boring e exercise.
Please tell me how to do this! Thanks.
I want to know how you did it
its probably linked to his specific vehicle through specific ways so they wont really tell us how to do it.
I would love to know how you guys did it. Can you please hit me up.
how, i m so excited
can you do the same in 2021 Model 3 long range?
How can I attain this power?!
This dude calmly drifting with one hand. I’d love to do this, but also, rip the seats and interior out, roll age in, also some clever programming and voila, race-Tesla!
Tesla owners:
I’m saving the environment
Also tesla owners:
Fuck the environment
you CAN disable traction control..... .-.
I own a Tesla M3P+ how did ya hack it?
No news here, why ?
How does this even work??
How did u do that?
Whats the url for the slip start
Link to make this?
I wonder if Elon saw this video
Brooooo Let us Know How!?!?!?!?
This is awesome 😍 please let me know how to use this, i would even pay for this! LR AWD would bi nice as well
Is this possible on a Model S aswell?
Shut up show off!
Burnout starts at 2:40 3:50 you’re welcome
Elon musk is typing ….
