Having had 12345678 or 9 too many Camaros, Not my favorite but still a sweet car I had a thought. Hey, GM, FORD, MOPAR what do you think when you see people reproducing parts and restoring cars you cast away. What do you think it would take to retool this car as the body actually was made and update with an aluminum frame , 4 link with a rack and an LS. IM SICK OF ALL THE PLASTIC IN CARS THESE DAYS. Think about how you're gonna restore plastic in 45 50 years.
I remember helping my dad fix up Camaros back in the early seventies we least fixed up 10 of them we had one convertible had a big block in it that was one fast car
Too wide. The center width is consistant. The outer edges should taper inward. Don't come near that header emblem. Look at original photos from front view.
@@sunny689 Good eye. Yep, you are right. My '69 Camaro Pace car (350CU) has never been fully repainted and the stripes do not come near the emblem as you said. I hope the person that bought this car knows it was a total knock off built from an old standard Camaro.

Sadly they don't want us restoring them. They want us to scrap them and buy more.

What’s your guises turnaround time on a frame off restoration
why is the 350 fender on a 396?
I'm pretty sure ALL 69 big block Camaro's had the back tail light painted black... ? Beautiful Build Guys !!
Not Pace Car Replicas
Exactly....😉
nice
A lot of clues that this is a small block car. What evidence that this is a pace car replica?
Good deziner
Oh boy! Another Camaro with the hood stripes painted incorrectly.
All pictures of the pace car show the same stripes, what is wrong with them?

So There Is Z28 And Z11 Back Then? Anyway Nice Video Mate!
maybe they meant X11.
Please forgive me....click.
This car is not a Z11, and will never be. It’s a poser replica of a replica at best.
