- San Antonio, especially the Riverwalk, has always been a favorite destination for us because there are just so many things to do. Texas is our home state, so we’ve had the privilege of visiting this city many times, and have experienced it during different seasons throughout the year. Located just an hour and a half from Austin, San Antonio offers a variety of family-friendly experiences you will surely enjoy! In this video, we’ll share our top family-friendly things you can do if you plan to visit San Antonio.

The San Antonio Riverwalk is my happy place. My family went every summer when I was growing up and now I try to take my family each summer.

Where is a good spot to "start" the riverwalk if taking a Uber?
Is Riverwalk safe if you are a single traveler?
I feel like it’s super safe. It’s so crowded and usually full of families!
Would you believe me if I told you that there is a magical invisible bridge somewhere on the river walk. It only appears to a "God blessed child" at a certain time of day with certain prayers. Then the bridge becomes visible and you can walk across. Everyone else will not be able to see the magical bridge. Looks like you are walking on air like 10 feet above the water...and the little boy stood in the middle and everyone understood he was chosen.
