I remember watching this movie from the beginning of this year, even then I have heard many stuff about it early on when the movie was brand new but I haven’t watched until 2 years later, it was possibly the movie that made me cry the hardest to the point where my eyes been hurting for the last 2 days, the movie is very special to me and I appreciate everything about it
I'll never forget watching Maquia in an empty theater by myself. I've never cried so hard in my life. This movie will always hold a special place in my heart

I first heard about Maquia when a game composer, Lena Raine, tweeted about it, and then I waited many, many months for it to show in a nearby theater. On opening night, there were only 7 other people in the theater with me.
I remember leaving the theater thinking that Maquia hadn't really been my kind of movie, but also feeling glad that I'd had the opportunity to experience it with such a small group. Maquia was a wonderful passion project, and it felt as though those 7 other people and I had been permitted to share its creative vision that evening.
Reflecting on that experience, and watching your performance, I'm grateful the Internet can bring people together to connect and share creativity with one another. Thank you for sharing yours with us today. :)
