OMG you have the BEST video on this!!! I have watched so many videos on how to change a needle and could NOT get it loose. But I was using the wrong end!! gracias mi amiga
Don't feel bad. In the beginning, I had the same issue and had to contact tech support, and they told me how to do it. It makes me happy to know I was able to help ☺️. Que tengas un bello dia!
I have a question for you. I just did my training for the Ricoma EM-1010 this past Tuesday, and it went well, but right now I’m having a problem with my image moving half way through stitching. Have you ever had that problem?😩😩🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
@EleanorKapiolaniKahuli-Apo hi! Is it losing registration? Make sure you are using the correct stabilizer and that the hooping is tight. It will take little while to get used to the machine, but eventually, it will get easier. If it doesn't get resolved, you can always call Ricoma, and they will talk to you through it. Ricoma technical support (305)418-4421. Have a nice and blessed day.
Very well done and great video clarity! You showed a great close up of the needle and which way the needle should be installed. You would think embroidery machine companies would have a good needle holder instead of having to use needle nose pliers.

I agree especially with the price of the machines it should have alot of features one should be self threading through the eye of the needle
Thank you so much for this video. Why did you change the needle? Did you have a needle brake?
I kept getting break thread notifications from the machine in 2 of the needles.
Very informative
