Yeah, and the fact that previously the penalty was just being banned from the arena. And how are they going to “Ban” someone from the arena???!!!! For instance: My buddy has 2 season tickets to Creighton basketball, and sometimes I take the other ticket when his wife is too busy. How would the arena know that I was there???!!!! What: Is there a picture of me at every entrance? I’m not banned, by the way, but how would they ban me???!!! In reality, you can’t “Ban” anyone. If you ARREST THEM: Obviously, that will get people’s attention. But he’s not actually “banned,” because there is no way to stop him from getting a friend to buy the ticket. Also, HE COULD WEAR A MASK. He could claim that he’s still scared of the Virus

Only repercussion they had to deal with was an NBA ban which i highly doubt anyone gives a shit about. You'd deal with assault charges if you tried to hurl objects or spit on someone on the street.
