I have no A.V. or windows defender running i still get the error. Yes it even happens in safe mode There is clearly more to this not just a security blocking thing.
it didnt work for me.when i install the OS,my computer didnt read my bootable usb.and i notice that when i creating bootable usb.the process is really fast.sometimes it takes me 1hr or less whenever im creating win7 bootable.and i notice that my usb drive has a lot of space.in win10 installation file.sometimes my 8gb usb is almost full.
@@DailyMortal i did it.my acer laptop need to enable my boot menu using f12. thanks bro i just did is perform a bootable linux then after installing linus os.i create a bootable usb.then it works fine.thanks

brother the "ISO file path" is the output file location, you can chose any folder and any name. watch the video again as i given the name "windows 10 19.3 version" and in "folder path" you need to select the folder of windows 10 that you want to convert into ISO. hope you understand now. leave a comment if you are still not understand.

An interesting way of fixing this is just to use an older version of Rufus that worked for me.

Just download the Rufus Version 3.9
Disable antivirus, it blocks rufus to write autorun.inf file. It thinks it's a virus...
I do not have any antivirus to Disable it still happens
@@24321619 check windows defender as well, if you don't have another antivirus software it will be active.
no brother, that is not the solution, antivirus not block any inf files.

Did you go to BIOS setup? After connecting your bootable USB to Computer or Laptop..
