Thanks a lot, been trying to solve this for a while and this is the only guide I found useful.
If you get an error when trying to select the partition with DISKPART just skip the partition selection. Run the clean command and follow the rest of the steps on the guide.

Excellent guide, simple and clear, unfortunately the micro SD I know so much that it is to be thrown away, as soon as I get to the passage: CLEAN

Same happened to me when trying to select the partition. Solved by skipping the partition selection and just running the 'clean' command then 'create partition primary' followed by 'delete partition override'. try it out if you still got that micro SD arround

In Step1 after pressing entre on create partition primary the dialogue says virtual disk service error there is not enough usable space for this operation.

It doesnt work. Its better to put USB into trash cause with rufus you are prolly going to destroy your own flash disk, due some overwrite/format operations by Rufus. I ve tried cmd way, easeus and other softs however the problem remains ... I/O error, disk is protected against writing

Tnx, stupid win 10 installation fukd up usb real good. after formating disk it stopped being recognized by win explorer just was visible in disk manager, but completely unusable.
Make it reallocate in Disk management section ....
but still Rufus Fcks up my Drive making unallocate partition
@@wildyato3737 with Rufus, i noticed when making it to be usable as win installation media, it breaks flash drive to be usable on smart tv, quick format does not help, just full format which is tedious.

Usar acceso controlado a carpetas
El acceso controlado a carpetas en Seguridad de Windows revisa las aplicaciones que pueden realizar cambios en archivos en carpetas protegidas y bloquea aplicaciones no autorizadas o inseguras para que no accedan o cambien archivos en esas carpetas.
Seleccione Inicio > Configuración > Actualización y seguridad > Seguridad de Windows > Protección contra virus y amenazas.
En Configuración de protección contra virus y amenazas, seleccione Administrar configuración.
En Acceso controlado a carpetas, seleccione Administrar acceso controlado a carpetas.
Cambie la configuración de Acceso controlado a carpeta a Activado o Desactivado. ( Hay que desactivarla )
En ocasiones, una aplicación que sea segura de usar será identificada como dañina. Esto sucede porque Microsoft quiere mantenerlo seguro y, en ocasiones, peca de precavido; sin embargo, esto podría interferir con el uso normal de su PC. Use controlled folder access
Controlled folder access in Windows Security reviews the apps that can make changes to files in protected folders and blocks unauthorized or unsafe apps from accessing or changing files in those folders.
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.
Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access.
Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.
Occasionally, an app that is safe to use will be identified as harmful. This happens because Microsoft wants to keep you safe and will sometimes err on the side of caution; however, this might interfere with how you normally use your PC. You can add an app to the list of safe or allowed apps to prevent them from being blocked.

@@lolfaniosrl5774 I was initially trying to create a UEFI bootable win11 pro flash drive using RUFUS, it gave me all kinds of errors like "write protect" "no media" etc, that's why i was messing with DISKPART. the problem was with old RUFUS version, i downloaded the latest rufus and everything went well, already reinstalled win11pro
