My friend met her husband in Australia. They were both from Croatia and migrated to Australia at a young age. When they returned to Croatia in their late 40s to go through the left over stuff from her ancestral home she found a photo of her visiting The Castle In The Sky and told him about her trip there. Without looking at her or the photo he said he visited too in 198x (I can't remember the year) she said she did too and had gone on the day of the public holiday. He turned to look at her and said he went on that day too, then he asked her if she had gone with her mother or aunt and was dressed a certain way and had long blond hair to her waist. She confirmed. He excitedly told her that he was there that day by himself as he was flying out the next day. He said when he turned a corner he saw her standing there just gazing at the scene and he was so transfixed he just kept looking, then her aunt came and she had left. He was only 19 so was too embarrassed to say anything and he was leaving the next day so it didnt make sense to start. She was 18 at that point and she remembered him exause he creeped her out by staring.😅 She showed him the photo and he said he had a photo too and will go back to his mums house, in Australia, to get it when they return. Now they had another layer of connection they didn't know about previously. Her husband said when he saw her all those years ago he actually thought "thats the kind of girl I would want to marry" but then just forgot about it since it was once chance meeting. He never realised he would actually marry that girl. He brings the photo and she confirms he was the creep 😂😂😂. Now they have the two photos side by side, the photos were just them, the other wasn't in it. Its displayed on their wall as the start of their "destiny".
Thank you for sharing. I too have a similar story where my husband remembers me coming to a local hair salon where he was waiting for a haircut along with his brother and father. I had brought my younger brother to the hair salon as he needed a haircut. I distinctly remember some teenage boys staring at me. I was so embarrassed to be there at age 15 with my 10 year old brother for his haircut. It was agonizing as my younger brother was misbehaving by dancing around and saying silly things. Later on after we were married, we talked about places we went to growing up while driving around. We realized we had been to the same hair salon as children. He then realized that I was the girl with the younger brother at the hair salon. He thought I was a cute girl back then! We met again as adults and soon got married. We didn't know about how we saw each other at that little hair salon until after we were married. And his father still goes to the same hair salon for his haircuts!

It's crazy when stuff like this happens. My grandparents house was about 3 houses away from my wife's grandparents house. As kids we played at the same park next to the house go trick r treating in that neighborhood. We never knew how close we were to each other.
It's right up there with the girl that sent a "pen-pal" letter on a balloon and let the wind take it. She received a letter but her name was on the return address...And the mailing address. The girl's letter was found by a girl with the exact same name, and they were the same age too if memory serves.
She was given it by her neighbor thinking it was hers iirc, they were the same height build age and had the same hair and eye color. Almost like twins, so trippy
Absolutely!!! How sweet. I love to think of these little moments people have, including myself with my husband. Fills me with wonder and happiness and gratitude❤ they were definitely made to be together🥰
I was born in Zimbabwe, the midwife is good friends with my grandmother. We moved back to the UK. When my son was born, the midwife that delivered me delivered my son in the UK. I didnt know her until my grandmother told me. I was also good friends with my midwifes daughter in school as she was dating my best friend.
There's a similar story of an engaged couple looking through old photos of them to prepare a slide-show for their wedding, only to realize that in one picture of the woman (back then little girl) in Disney World, the man's father was in the background pushing him in a stroller as a baby.
Me and my current boyfriend went to the same university and took the same class. We were in the same room without knowing each other. I transferred schools and he stayed. We met after graduation completely randomly and figured out that we're technically former classmates.
My mom’s told me a story a but similar to this one. Apparently, at some point of my lineage, two men met on a boat and talked to each other, and they became good friends, so (because of the time) they decided they should have their kids marry each other if one was a boy and the other one was a girl. And they were, though after a while while the kids were little, the two families drifted apart. But, when the kids grew up again, after the families hadn’t spoken to each other in many years, both children found each other again without knowing who the other one was, and ended up marrying each other. They then had at least one kid that would become my ancestor or something. I’m not sure if it’s true, but if it is, then I’m extremely lucky to even exist (even though everyone is)
We had something similar happen. My parents were on their honeymoon and bought a big hand fan. A friend of mine who lived opposite of me, her parents also bought the hand fan. But the crazy part is that they have a video of them on their holiday and my parents were in the background. When they all were on that holiday my friend’s parents didn’t live in the same street as mine. Later they came to live there.
That is absolutely crazy the same thing happened with my brother and sister-in-law who now have three children neither of them ever knew that they used to play together as kids On the street that we grow up on It took a long time for the connections to be made and suddenly realised That they had known each other all them years ago It's a strange world 🌎
Ngl your videos are some of the best in the internet No clickbait, no stalling, interesting every time and you tell all the needed information and no extra at an understandable pace I can really tell the effort you go through to dig up these stories, you got my respect bro
While this is a crazy event, it is important to remember that it isn’t as rare as you would imagine. With around 8 billion people in the world, there are actually quite a few known instances of these scenarios, and many more that forever go unknown. It is impressive that it happened specifically to these people, but not impressive that it happened at all.
My (now) wife and I were 1st BF and GF in high school. After 1½ years, we split up. We both got married to other people and after 20 years, divorced them. We then ran into each other and the flame was rekindled. We have now been together (again) for 14 years and we know it was meant to be.
My boyfriend and I have been together nearly two years now and one day we were chatting while looking at photos, we discovered that 3 months before we met, he was at my cousins engagement, I went to the wedding and his sister was at the wedding, he didn’t go, then we find out my other cousin that got married years before, we were both at her wedding 😱 Made me think what would’ve happened if we met years earlier, and the fact his friends are my cousins, his sister is friends with my cousins wife 🤯 we both had no idea when we met we were closer to one another than we thought 🤣
The biggest thing in Alabama by a country mile is the University of Alabama's football team. Their cheer is "Roll Tide!" Next time you see a reddit story about incest or beastilaity you will surely see a "Roll Tide" reply. Some people find it hysterical and brilliant.
From my own knowledge: there’s a stereotype that the Deep South has a high prevelance of incestual behavior. Alabama is often the first state people associate with the Deep South, but I couldn’t explain why - probably because it starts with the letter A If people have a better explanation I’m happy to learn what it is!
It’s a nasty joke about any rural area, usually leveled by city folks that have never visited. You hear it mostly about Appalachia and the rural South but it gets bandied about in the Midwest and Great Plains plenty. Basically it is just an insult. Sometimes it is good natured and sometimes rude. It is mostly rude.
6 months before I met my wife. Some friends and I drove to a camp ground that I'd never been too, and camped out for the weekend. The campground has several spots, and they assign one to you once you arrive. We were talking one day, and I mentioned going camping in the previous summer, she said she did too. I said I went to this camp ground, she said, she did too. I said I went in August, she said she did too. I asked her where was her camping spot. She described the area, and it sounded like my spot. So we each drew a rough map, and we found out that we had the same camping spot. She left a few days before we arrived.
I absolutely love stories like these, married couples finding out their in photos taken by their spouse years before they ever met makes me believe I might have done it too and I'll find out one day

I can say destiny to be with someone is so true. I remember meeting my wife, for less than 2 seconds, seven years earlier. It was not until 10 years after we were married that i asked her if she remembered being at a specific location. At first she was skeptical, until i told her what she was wearing and who she was with, what direction she was going, what her hair accessories, everything. It was not she made an impression on me, but it was something different about her. It just burned into my memory, all the details of that exact time. 36 years married, and i can still see her in that moment. That is not the only instance. But, the first time i saw her.
What's crazy is that this has probably happened a few times to different people, if you've ever traveled a lot and then get married to someone from somewhere you traveled to there's a good chance you've crossed them on the street or just been in close proximity to them
I saw my future wife,Gloria, when she was 40 days old in 1957 when I was 11 years old. Then 43 years later, in 2000 I went from the US to Colombia to help after an earthquake destroyed much of a town called Armenia. While there I stayed with some old friends who were Gloria’s parents. A year later Gloria and I were married. My father, a missionary to Colombia, married her parents in 1954 and Gloria’s father and mine married us in 2001.

That was close. It was found by her grandmother or grandfather and he brought it to her. She lived around the corner from him.
She was given it by her neighbor thinking it was hers iirc, they were the same height build age and had the same hair and eye color. Almost like twins, so trippy
Yes and same name first and last name
Everyday I think that this world is smaller than what we think it is.
it is i see people i know 100km away for my town just random see them
Of course its small
Time to frantically scroll through old vacation photos looking for my soulmate..
Your version or representation of this story is the BEST one I have seen so far!! Thank You for sharing!! 🥰 💕
Me and my current boyfriend went to the same university and took the same class. We were in the same room without knowing each other. I transferred schools and he stayed. We met after graduation completely randomly and figured out that we're technically former classmates.
It must feel so good to have the universe validate your life decision that way
My mom’s told me a story a but similar to this one.
I’m not sure if it’s true, but if it is, then I’m extremely lucky to even exist (even though everyone is)
Beautiful history
This also happened with my parents at Disney world
We had something similar happen.
That is absolutely crazy the same thing happened with my brother and sister-in-law who now have three children neither of them ever knew that they used to play together as kids
On the street that we grow up on
It took a long time for the connections to be made and suddenly realised
That they had known each other all them years ago
It's a strange world 🌎
My wife and I literally had the same thing happen to us... no lie 😂 Destined for greatness! God is good!

I can really tell the effort you go through to dig up these stories, you got my respect bro
Now, this is called FATE….

My (now) wife and I were 1st BF and GF in high school. After 1½ years, we split up. We both got married to other people and after 20 years, divorced them. We then ran into each other and the flame was rekindled. We have now been together (again) for 14 years and we know it was meant to be.
Can I ask why you split the first time
Disgusting
My parents sat next to each other during a football game
I love these types of stories
My boyfriend and I have been together nearly two years now and one day we were chatting while looking at photos, we discovered that 3 months before we met, he was at my cousins engagement, I went to the wedding and his sister was at the wedding, he didn’t go, then we find out my other cousin that got married years before, we were both at her wedding 😱
Made me think what would’ve happened if we met years earlier, and the fact his friends are my cousins, his sister is friends with my cousins wife 🤯 we both had no idea when we met we were closer to one another than we thought 🤣

There was a similar story I remember from Vsauce. A married couple found out that they had been in the same photo at disneyworld as kids

Reminds me of "Checkmate" 😂❤

The biggest thing in Alabama by a country mile is the University of Alabama's football team. Their cheer is "Roll Tide!" Next time you see a reddit story about incest or beastilaity you will surely see a "Roll Tide" reply. Some people find it hysterical and brilliant.
From my own knowledge: there’s a stereotype that the Deep South has a high prevelance of incestual behavior. Alabama is often the first state people associate with the Deep South, but I couldn’t explain why - probably because it starts with the letter A
If people have a better explanation I’m happy to learn what it is!
Now that's what I call destiny!
cupid's like: "I have been trying to get these two to meet each other for decades!"
Fun fact, they are now separated.
I wonder how many times that has happened and people haven’t found out. That’s such a beautiful coincidence ❤
I absolutely love stories like these, married couples finding out their in photos taken by their spouse years before they ever met makes me believe I might have done it too and I'll find out one day
I have a photo of my son in the park blowing bubbles age 5 . In the background my future husbands ex wife and son . Now boys are 25 . Trippy .
Why does every RUclipsr now talk like this ????
This just made my day wow !!! ❤😢
Funny how humans attach spiritual value to coincidences, then pat ourselves on the back and call ourselves rational.
If not, then the world is just banal.
Sorry you can't enjoy the fun little moments of life, I hope you find that someday.
I've been like you. That was miserable.
I'm sorry I don't appreciate fiction as much as the average guy. If that makes me sad by your standards, then so be it. I'll cope my way and you cope yours.
I do appreciate all yalls concern for me though.

Ngl i thought it was gonna say “first like and subscribe and go to the link” blah blah blah but this actually showed it
This story just made my day ....that's so sweet ❤❤
I wouldn’t even get a chance because there’s 0% chance I will even be in a relationship💀
Why
Not with that attitude.
@@Glim1495 Your're Profile picture tricked me.
Nah man everyone gets a chance😆
literally destined to be soulmates lmao
I guess I'm destined to be with hundreds of people.
What's crazy is that this has probably happened a few times to different people, if you've ever traveled a lot and then get married to someone from somewhere you traveled to there's a good chance you've crossed them on the street or just been in close proximity to them
Also wait I've hear of this before
Thought the exact same thing lol
The Disney one with the other couple?
I saw my future wife,Gloria, when she was 40 days old in 1957 when I was 11 years old. Then 43 years later, in 2000 I went from the US to Colombia to help after an earthquake destroyed much of a town called Armenia. While there I stayed with some old friends who were Gloria’s parents. A year later Gloria and I were married. My father, a missionary to Colombia, married her parents in 1954 and Gloria’s father and mine married us in 2001.
“Isn’t it just so pretty to think, all along there was some invisible string, tying you to me.”
This is the second photo incident like this I've heard of, where someone accidentally captured a picture of both themselves and their husband/wife in a picture years before they knew each other.
"...unfortunately his pics were taken with an Android and hers with an iPhone. Understandably the now ex-couple are heartbroken."
😂😂😂
so cool, in a country of billions, this fateful coincidence happens, then married, true love and destiny
Invisible string theory 🤌🏻
That's nice.
Andyy didn't even used his lines this time, like: "He/she/they/no one never could have expected what happened next"
Oh wait he said "little did she know..." So this is just another video with useless 4 seconds in it.
No such thing as luck or coincidence, God is in absolute control
I saw a buddy of mine at a gas station 50min away from our usual area at a random time and random gas station and the only available pump was behind his car. For a 5min window to pump gas to align like that, wild coincidence lol
Their mom's are very wise with great patience.
This is why I never take a picture when someone is around and why I'm single.
My girlfriend and I were kindergarten classmates. We didn’t even remember each other and wouldn't know until my mom asked her age and where she went to school.
That's the kdrama childhood connection for the leads trope😂
This is my favorite thing ever. Someone on twitter said it's like when the universe is as eager as them to meet, but it's not time yet.
i like the speed of that speaking. More calm than in some others. Growth is noticeable. Keep it going 👑
This how I wanna fall in love y'all😭😭😭

I am waiting for some people to question this. There is no way we are just gonna accept this as truth and not look into a bit more.
Ok, now i will picture more
There is no such thing as coincidence.. they both made a pact before they came back to Earth..to Cross each others path. They are soul mates. So Cool 😎👍❤❤❤❤

This has happened to my sister too. She got married to my brother in law, and my brother in law, before ever knowing my sister or my dad, appeared in one of the photo picture of my fathers own brother's wedding! My uncles wedding was almost like 15 years before my sister married her husband! And he appeared on my uncles wedding pic, and we still have it! He told us later that he was there because my brother in laws friends brother was a friend of my uncle's, so he came to the wedding because of his friend. Fun fact, he wasn't even invited, yet he came. 😅😂
I think this is less unlikely than we think it is right now. Really cool they found it out tho.
