Homeowners Property was becoming Overgrown by Trees(that she was told belong to the crown!)🤔

  • Hi everyone
This is a job I did a couple of weeks ago for a lady who had trouble with trees overgrowing her property! One had fallen on her wall and others would hit on the roof when the wind was strong.
She had contacted the local council to see what they would do as the trees were not on her property!
They told her that the ground was not theirs and it belongs to the crown! They said she could cut them back and leave the debris on the land.
This was a bit of a strange one as no one was obviously going to do the job for her. So she was going to have to pay to get it done!
See how I get on tackling this one!
    Thanks for watching 😅😊👍

They didn't specify how it had to be left on the land - could that mean that you could mulch it?? If so, you could spread it on the 'Crown land' and it would still be left there without being a huge mess. You do such great work and it would be a shame for it to be marred by old trees laying around.

Yeah that sure made no sense whatsoever. Instead of a big mess heading up to the sky you got a big mess all over the grounds now. However it was a great job done but crazy for 1 man to have to tackle by himself. Well, apparently The Crown is like all the other leaders in the communities. They take our taxes, but refuse to do the job like clearing, abandoned properties and keeping the community up.They take the money and leave the mess.

It's not hard wood and it will become compost in time ...The rampant ivy will disguise it in the meantime, 😊

      I have one👍
Didn’t have time to shred it all up which would also have cost the customer more.
Remember it’s not her land 🙂

How stupid is it to leave all the wood behind?
It will be grown-over with vines or brambels 😱
