    I love your videos! You are obviously very passionate about fashion but I also greatly appreciate your honesty/calming presence as someone who is just getting into building my wardrobe.

    Nice Tudor watch. You have an eye for quality and heritage in clothing but also watches!

    Thank you so much for the disclaimer at the end. So many influencers act like having 1000 fits is normal and drive the machine.

    I got boots from Officine Creative, black leather boots with a zip in the front. Love them so much and definitely not the price tag of guidi after sale which I’m proud of

    In terms of lace-up boots, I’ll always just love leather combat boots lol

    So glad I watched this!! I have been wearing Dr Martens since I was 12. I’m now 31 and I bought my last pair in 2011. I still own the classic burgundy lace up boots my mum bought me when I was 14. they still fit and look great for their age. To me, those shoes meant quality since I can remember… whenever friends bought new pairs in recent years, you could easily tell something is off with their manufacturing, the prices were raised so significantly in recent years while the quality has been declining so obviously. When I ask about very obvious changes in the shoes, like the inner sole being glued into the shoe compared to earlier versions in which they were replaceable, their shop assistants tell me nothing has changed…I actually need new ones and I am so glad I can take my money to Solovair now!
    I found you on instagram - LOVE your outfits and fashion tips!!!!

    I’ve been meaning to get me a chunky comfy sneaker. You’d mentioned your paraboot withstood the rainy and snowy weather. I live in the northern Midwest and deal with snow for a good chunk of the year, do you think it’s a problem to be constantly wearing solovair leather type shoes in a wet weather like that?

    • @edgyalbert
      @edgyalbert  2 года назад +1

      Not necessarily, but care is more important. Conditioning with mink oil will waterproof and moisturize the leather, but wipe down if in comes in contact with salt and let em dry out after they've gotten wet and snowy

    Great video! Excited for more long form content in the future. What are your thoughts on Vejas? I may have missed it on your tik tok but I don’t think I’ve ever heard your take on them.

    any tips for someone that doesnt want to wear leather due to ethical reasons? seems like pseudo leather is terrible for the environment and feels like a lose-lose.
