I love lists…. I make them all the time, I have a semi-permanent list, a pretty solid monthly list. I like the idea of a master to-do list. No it is in my planner to have my monthly list. That happen on the 10th, 20th & 30th. These are non-negotiable. Water softener salt, wind the clock, clean coffee pot, clean fridge, wash bathroom rugs, feed plants, clean purse, medication management. These are my assigned tasks, to the each of the tens of the month. I love to see the cross offs.
I laugh with the "mistakes" in the end of the video "knock the door" 😂 i liked a lot your tips as always! I usually write in my priorities list (there are 5 itens in my planner) the things i must do during the week, but it doesn't have a right day to do them, like schedule an app with the doctor, dentist, etc. There are things in my routine that i do every day, so i repeat them each day, and then with sticky notes i pre-plan which day is better to do each task. So, then when i actually plan, i kindda already know what i have to do each day without being overwhelmed. Also i have a planner to household tasks, so it doens't get "confused" with my work/study planner. The best tip for me was your example about the bedroom, write down the crossoffable tasks instead of the goal! Small steps for big results, right? 😊
I’m a visual person too so I hear ya! The video I’m working on for this week is my process for planning a week and it’s mostly visual and I’ll be going through my to-do lists. so that may be helpful!
@@TheHootingPirate thank you I have to do to do list. But I struggle with it. Believe it or not one of my biggest struggles is choosing a planner. I hate spiral planners because you can't add pages well actually you can but mine always get bent up and fall out. I'm not really crazy about leather planters because you can't decorate the covers really cute. The ones I really like are the clear see-through ones because they are rebound and you can insert paper and you can decorate your cover on the inside only thing is they all have small rings. So my search for the perfect planner continues lol
I’m the most disorganized planner out there 🤣I love a list and brain dumps are a must. Love the highlighter idea. Great video 👍 Would you consider sharing your favorite books on productivity?
