1. Bstance Hipthrust 4X15 - 20
2. 1&1/4 Reverse Lunges (Front foot elevated if you can) 3 X 10 - 12
3. Bodyweight Reverse Lunges Constant Tension 2 x 20
4. RDL Slow Eccentric 3 X 8 - 10
5. Straddle Lift 3 X 10 - 12

Why do I feel this so much in my lower back? Am I doing something wrong?
Your form is bad or perhaps you have a muscle sprain in your lower back(I developed a sprain from continuous improper form)
