I used to read from the book. Make sure it's super dirty 😂 but yes for some very important topics made notes which will stay with me for the rest of my life. Like TMJ, Maxilla, Mandible, Anything and mostly everything related to face. Nerves, Fracture etc..

1. Present the answers nicely
2. Study and read quality than quantity.
3. Study the last 10 years question papers
And don't study just for the sake of it. Study like there is a patient right in front of you and you have to diagnose and treat independently.

2000Rs to 8lakhs Per Month. This is what I have seen. It can be 10-20lakhs as well.
