my draw won't "auto open" when the key is in the right position and you are to just push to ops...why won't it open with that push?

hi i have a sharp cash register. the drawer wont open i think its the plastic bill holder that has poped up any ideas?

I took it apart how do I put everything back together can't put the hook back on the drawer when the spring is connected to the cover.
