Dennys i have a M3 printer the standard one and i saw in your video the print settings show a lot of speed strings to tweak, mine only have two it's like don't support two speed phase. I use lychee, chitubox and also photonwork and still having same problem weird print times. What you suggest to do?? Also I forgot to said I update to the last firmware.
Hi, great video I l have not long got this printer 3 weeks ago now I've not used it much to figure all this out but won't update it now but the slicer did update its horrible now all white and blue the supports are horrible in it I can't change anything from shape of them just hexagon! So usomg lychee. I never knew you could change the settings there when printing can you explain to me or do you have a video explaining what all the time exposure and lift time etc does?
They said the same thing about the MonoX 4K not to upgrade the firmware. I’m still using the old one it came with, it prints fine so I guess I’ll stick with that.
Hi Denny, thanks. Can you give the Anti-Aliasing setting that you used for each of the shoes? I would guess Test1=1, Test 2=2, Test3=4, Test4=8, but I can't tell.
Thanks for sharing , I just known that my mono4k was a" machining cantilever" version, would I ask, if I ignore this update, is it ok for print normally? because I just a newbie on it and print for few time using the default print setting with change a bit exposure.
Hi Dennys, I had the same problem as you during the AA test with the amder testpiece. Voxel line was always visible. I did some testprints and contact the support. Long story short, if i use AA8 GS2 IB4 the voxel lines are completly gone.
Hello everything is fine? I would like some help, I updated my photon mono 4k to v2.2 UI 001, its version was v0.0.11 UI 001 and now that I updated it it doesn't want to print, how do I go back to its previous version?😢
Hello, I have a problem. Until a day ago, the Anycubic Mono 4K printer worked correctly for me. yesterday when trying to print the platform it does not stop going down on the axis and it does not stop for what forces me to turn off the printer quickly I wanted to know what could be happening thanks
Thanks for testing this. Just curious, what did you do when you tweak your exposure settings to get rid of the print lines? Did you increase or reduce your exposure time?
Mine is lower the exposure. But other might have different situation and temp. So i would suggest try both ways and see which give you the best result.
@@wangdennys This is very interesting. I would have thought the usual remedy is to increase exposure (so that layers cured better to one another) or to reduce the layer size by hollowing the model or re-angling the model. I wasn't aware that reducing exposure can also potentially remove print lines.
Been having issues with mine, it will stop printing at 8-31 layers, the usb will just blink and nothing will happen. Should I update the firmware? I haven't had any issues before. I wonder what could be the problem 😢
@@wangdennys thanks, I have just figured out lychee 4.0.11 is not working properly for the dual speeds, printer makes whine for lift and retract 1 (I have new version of mono 4k so can't update firmware)
Apparently my Mono 4k does not need a firmware upgrade according to anycubics website (mine had the diecast cantilever. But I still don’t have any options for tsmc, bottom layers or transition layers. They are missing from the printers ui and don’t take effect when values are entered within any slicer.
