Updated info: flume 1 & 2 will be combined to create one long layout (that’s why it’s the longest ever) and I’m hoping for some special effects throughout its layout

That sounds like that would be correct. I have been fortunate enough to ride both flume 1,2. So combining them together would be awesome.
Its embarrasing that fiesta texas's sorry announcement somehow managed to be better than this one. Six Flags has left Over Texas out to dry in the sun for years, and it looks like thats not gonna change
My former home park never fails to disappoint . Haven’t been in 4 or 5 years cause it’s literally the same thing every year .
I was lucky enough to work at Flume 1 when it reopened in 2021, Its an absolute gem and I can't wait to see what they do with it! I just really hope they don't chop down all the trees for the construction, the isolation is what makes it such a vibe. great stuff dude, it's crazy how much your channels grown!

Frontier City did something similar to their log flume by enhancing the indoor section, and it looks pretty good I must say! Hope the same is true for Flume one!
Why not just connect both log rides together...with special effects
They actually are connecting them after some recent updates that came out I am hoping for some special effects tho

I mentioned this to someone I know and its pretty much the same reaction, a very large "meh". Ya know what i'd like to see from SFOT: Some actual commitment on park improvements, start by planting new mature trees at the entrance to replace the ones damaged in 2021. Get some more proper shade out and water features out there, as that place is pretty much unbearable now between May-September.
I miss the spinning saw + the villain threatening to cut off log/plank onto guests.
They are going to combine both flumes into one, with a new lift and drops added. The exits from the lifts are not drops btw. That’s just how the boats come off the lifts and down into the flumes. To consider that a drop and say both flumes already have two drops is extremely wrong.
Flume 1s platform with be bypassed and they will use flume 2s load area instead.
Flume 1 was built before Americans became so oversized and before ADA was put into place. Our grandparents didn’t think it was steep and narrow in their time.
I dont think its wrong the little hill at the beginning of the ride is considered a drop. I dont think they are combining both flume 1 and 2

Why do I feel like this is a response to the yet to be opened SeaWorld San Antonio Catapult Falls?
I was actually thinking abt it there’s a small chance but there’s a chance that they extend this flume and make it similar or better to catapult falls (no launch ofc)
I saw your update that flime 1 and 2 are being combined. I'm wondering if they're going to open the original Flume 1 one more time before they change the ride. Two weeks ago, some staff was working in the flume 1 loading area while flume 2 was running.

In 2017 St. Louis removed an Enterprise and in 2019 installed a new Endeavor which is basically the exactly same stinking ride.
Six Flags is hurting. Gonna have to increase those parking lot entrance fees, again.
They should put Splash mtn animatronics around it lol.
I went on the flume in Mall of America and it was pretty cool: hopefully, sixflags over tx can do something like that.

Six Flags is just a nasty place. Half the rides are either broken or in need of being replaced.
