- Six flags over texas unveiled their new addition El rio lento 2 weeks ago with all the new for 2024 rides and many people were unhappy about it. But as plans still have yet to be revealed, could El rio lento be better than expected?

There is a rumor the El Rio Lento has been cancelled according to Screamscape.
this one going to open on time as plan? *cough* *cough* Catapult Falls
I think they will add a tunnel and combine the flume somewhere in the middle. I would not be surprised if they build a new Big Bend next to the log flume. It could be a hybrid type with two spiral lifts like the original ride with a Spanish name.
As long as they refurb the flumes (paint, new wood, cleaner water) then it’ll already be improved upon. I do look forward to seeing the end results and hope it’s worth the mention.

Need to do the following:
1) Remove Roaring Rapids, replace with large coaster
2) Remove Stunt Show, replace with Flat Ride
3) Remove Amphitheater, replace with Coaster Edition?
4) Remove Bobsled, replace with indoor dark ride with racing/drifting cars as shown in IAAPA (Speedy Gonzalez themed to match up with Spain area)

Get rid of Roaring Rapids...this take too much room...and get rid of unused batman show area..can you imagine all the new ride in those areas..
Actually Aquaman tends to have a decent line per capita based on park attendance. The Ride operator cycle the ride more efficiently than Mack intended leading to more water loss per hourv than intended. The Ride is not a dude, what you are seeing in the result of very low attendace.
