Dude your channel has so much value .. man I’m grateful for this knowledge. I like the no fluff straight to to the meat approach 😂 blessings from uk 🇬🇧
Wow - love this! Would love to see you run through the exact setup of that last part in Make. Been binging on your videos these since yesterday. Kudos to your knowledge and communication. And thanks for sharing this. Truely grateful 🙌
Thank you very much for making this video Nick. I'm going to apply what you've shared with us! I have a SaaS that's working nicely, but so far all members arrive through word of mouth, and I'd like to become more active with my membership growth. Thanks again!
Very interesting content. The only thing i didnt understand is were will the new leads will come from, when these 2500 leads will be exhausred? Didnt you already pivk them as your targets?
I know this video is a few months old but the term Hail Mary is used in (American) football where the offense team has all their receivers run down the field as fast and as far as possible and the quarter back launches the ball down the field in a last ditch effort to score some points.
Hey Nick, love your videos ! I was asking myself, you seem to have a lot of different emails, how do you do that / manage that ? As we know if you do that with gmail it gets really expensive, any good practice on that to share ? Thanks :)
I personally manage everything through Google Workspace, but it does indeed get costly. A more affordable alternative is using resellers-people that have arrangements with Google to "sell" a certain number of mailboxes, usually at a discounted price. A couple you can explore: inboxlogy.com, cheapinboxes.com. You save ~50% on regular G-Suite addresses (though note you won't own these mailboxes and some factors will be outside of your control).
So much value, insane. When you say you sell those systems, does the client still have to buy all the software like Instantly, Phantombuster etc. or do you integrate it somehow in you service and pay for their accounts? Thanks in advance
It might be helpful to note for folks using this tactic for the first time that there needs to be some care involved with scraping, very easy to get your linkedin account banned if you dont ramp up activity slowly.
I followed this instruction and my Sales Navigator and Dropcontact, and my drop contact file of 2,300 contacts only includes 56 emails… can I get some help as to why?
Thanks for the kind words 🙏 because Instantly doesn't give you a lot of information on each lead, and nowadays I much prefer feeding LinkedIn profiles -> AI to customize
Instantly and something like Inboxlogy or Inframail for more cost-effective mailboxes. At 2,000 outbound messages/day you'd need around 100 email addresses, which is doable using both platforms.
Instantly does this for you automatically when you upload which is nice. But if you wanted to do this manually you could use Google Sheets built in duplicate checker, or if you were in Make.com you'd create an array of emails using map() and then run it through something like distinct(). Hope this helps man 🙏
so lets say I get a list thats 10k, but I can only scrape 2.5k, how do I scrape the rest of those 10k leads while also making sure im not scraping the same leads as the previous 2.5k?
Thank you man! Leadfinder is solid. $169.3/10K leads = $0.0169 per contact on their highest plan. It's not the *most* cost effective (you could build out infra to scrape leads for maybe 1/2 of this w Dropcontact or Anymailfinder) but given that Instantly takes care of all of the logistics for you it's a defensible move. Disclaimer: I haven't tested lead quality on a big enough sample to definitively say they're equivalent. Hope this helps 🙏
Fk yes indeed. Nick, you're an absolute legend. I started typing up a comment to address all the things I appreciate about your videos, but found myself just complimenting every single facet/descriptor of said videos; it was coming across as even more effusive and cringey than this comment surely is. So, I'll instead simply echo Gustoking37 and say that I'm grateful for you, your channel, and the knowledge you share. You're very talented on a number of fronts, and it's clear that you understand what provides value to your audience (rather than covering the same trivial bullchit boilerplate examples). What I appreciate most though is your transparency & candor in discussing your experiences, motivations, rationale, etc. I have a feeling your channel will blow up in the near future. In the meantime, I just wanted to express my appreciation for what you're doing. You're the man.
I use the exact same cold email flow to acquire lead gen clients. I've also used gig platforms like Upwork and job sites like Indeed (though I pitch as a freelancer and not an employee).

Means a ton man, thank you
The value in these videos is so dense 😮 Thanks, Nick!
So happy you're finding value in this 🙏
This is incredible.... my favourite corner of the internet. Thanks Nick!

I’m glad I found your content while you still have less than 1k followers. Super high quality info. Ima start taking action
Hell ya man. Get out there and crush it

Amazing video. Super generous. Question > How often can you scrape LI Sales Navigator safely?
Appreciate you man. PB recommends 2.5K leads/day max, though I've gone over without major issues 🙏🏼

As always, super solid and helpful. The piano music in the background threw me off, i thought someone was playing in my (empty) house.
Hey, do you know if we can use another source to get leads from? linked in sales navigator is not free.
How did you manage to get over 7,5k leads in your phantombuster spreadsheet? Thanks for the video

Man, you've earned my respect.
Thx man 🙏

Very true-I recommend starting with ~1K leads/day and ramping up slowly to ~2.5K. Have found 75K leads/month sufficient for most use cases.
oh damn, that should be in the video.
very informative video, tbh i never find a video with so much info thanks, you earned my subscribe, like and comment
I followed this instruction and my Sales Navigator and Dropcontact, and my drop contact file of 2,300 contacts only includes 56 emails… can I get some help as to why?
Nick, great stuff! THANK you 🤝 QQ. Why don’t you simply use the built- in Instantly lead database? 💡
Thanks for the kind words 🙏 because Instantly doesn't give you a lot of information on each lead, and nowadays I much prefer feeding LinkedIn profiles -> AI to customize
@@nicksaraev even though you say it doesn't really matter to personalise with AI? Or do you have a different opinion now? Thanks 🙏
What would you recommend to use as a tool if i want to send 2,000 emails a day ?
Instantly and something like Inboxlogy or Inframail for more cost-effective mailboxes. At 2,000 outbound messages/day you'd need around 100 email addresses, which is doable using both platforms.
How do you make sure that the next 2500 aren't duplicate when in at scale?
Instantly does this for you automatically when you upload which is nice. But if you wanted to do this manually you could use Google Sheets built in duplicate checker, or if you were in Make.com you'd create an array of emails using map() and then run it through something like distinct(). How do you get around the LinkedIn Sales Navigator cookie expiry issue when scraping automatically?
You win the award to the most deceptive thumbnails and video titles ever while still delivering some value.
Deceptive how?? He literally walks through it.
so lets say I get a list thats 10k, but I can only scrape 2.5k, how do I scrape the rest of those 10k leads while also making sure im not scraping the same leads as the previous 2.5k?
is leadfinder really expensive? great stuff man !
Thank you man!

This is what I was looking for. Great content.
Does it let you view email addresses of potential clients?
Do you need linkedin premium to find emails?

How do you sell these systems?
I use the exact same cold email flow to acquire lead gen clients. I've also used gig platforms like Upwork and job sites like Indeed (though I pitch as a freelancer and not an employee).
it looks like Instantly will create a list of leads directly, without going through the other services such as Linked etc - is that not recommended?
Looks less cost effective going through Instantly - and LinkedIn has more data
do you have to pay for sales navigator? It keeps asking me to upgrade my account even though I'm already paying for LinkedIn premium
Yes, it's a different program. Gotta pay for both.

lol great video but hail mary is a football thing
Haha I know, threw a little desperation in there for em 🏈🙏
Hey Nick, great content! I've sent you an email.
