You can use expo on Windows but unfortunately you can't run an iOS simulator on Windows. You'd need a Mac for that.
Hey, when I run npx create-expo-app I am getting different project structure. I am so frustrated.

I don't want to be a pessimist but the way he builds the app like it's giving him headache and difficulty, always hoping for things to work is discouraging for an intermediate person.
That's the reality of development. I don't want to show a fake reality where everything works perfectly from the first try
