lord how time has passed by but by god this man is still rocking it just dont get ant better than bob seger i have been listen to this guy for 63 years thank you bob seger rock on man
I've seen Bob Seger in concert twice, in Shreveport in the late 70s and again a few years ago in Little Rock. Great shows, both of them, although Seger was a bit slower onstage the second go around. No worries though as I was a little slower the second time getting into the venue and to my seat. Old age does suck.
Nothing like the needle in the groove coming thru a great receiver and some good or better speakers. In 95 I got my sadly long awaited for workman's comp settlement. And within a month I bought 2 diamond needles straight from Shure Brothers. I'm a Midwestern boy from Evanston Ill. and Shure was down the road, so I got quite a deal as I went there in person. Man, that made the old albums shout out so crystal clear. Great memories. Glad you're still around too. Those were the days.
Being an old fart myself I appreciate the BOTH. Despite accepting my old age, I appreciate the young Bob like I do myself and applaud the older Bob, like myself, for keeping it together, for the most part and rockin' on! Amen. I was 19-20 when this was played a lot on the radio. So much so that I didn't buy the album like I did Night Moves. They played Night Moves a lot more on the radio but not from the get go like the latter.
In '73 or '74 I went to see Bachman Turner Overdrive when I was about 15 years old- my very first concert- the opening act was some young guy named Bob Seger!
I HATE that people get old. There is nothing, NOTHING good about old age. I wish people lived shorter - like 50 years absolute maximum - but all of it was young. No old. No middle age. Just young. As Hunter S. Thompson wrote in his suicide note at 67: 'No More Games. No More Bombs. No More Walking. No More Fun. No More Swimming. 67. That is 17 years past 50. 17 more than I needed or wanted. Boring.' ☮
Then amd now? It was the same audio as him younger. I thought it would switch halfway through the song... this was pointless.... music then and now is about the music, not appearances.. just put a 2 pictures next to one another

What do you mean by version? It's the song.
@@SpicyTexan64 I'm aware of that... I'm saying the LIVE version of this song (Hollywood Nights LIVE) kicks ass (the old one, recorded in San Diego)
