what are the chances I legit just finished editing my hi-flow review haha. Totally agreed the saturation on a lot of the colors was super punchy, goes great for high contrast pieces. My whites worked solid with a ny fat, but opacity on yellow was definitely questionable.
Haha hopefully the RUclips gods get some synergy going between our videos in the recommended section lol. I only used I think a skinnier cap on the white. An NY fat would have been a good one to try for sure. They seem to work well on just about everything haha
@@ScizGraffiti no complaints from me haha! not sure if it was rainy while you were using the whites but I was cooking in the sun so maybe that’s a factor.
@@S1VE the fay 8 painted the main piece was sunny but only about 15 degrees Celsius. That'd about as warm as you can hope for around here most of the time lol
I honestly appreciate this so much. I've been going out 2-3 nights a week and I have been spending like $60/week on paint so like, if I can get that down to $50/week that's big, and this is all when I'm not working/doing homework and have some cheaper high pressure cans for fills on throwies sounds soooo nice. Definitely gonna have to order some
@@ScizGraffiti literally. I stay busy. My throwies are pretty big and I feel like I usually use 1 1/4 400ml cans for my fill, 1/2 a black and 1/4 white so I ordered lots of black and some of the vibrant colors for fill and I'll stick to molotow or flame for highlights with the white.
my new paint guy started getting in bulk hi and lo pressure dangs for ~$4 a can (or less for bulk) and im a fan of the paint. I come from hi pressure montana hardcores so i think the cost tradeoff is good and the colors hold up well.I always feel like im running out of paint too quick but after stomping out the can you def use 100% of the can with no waste.
These cans ain’t that good to be honest. The valve is pretty shitty. My self and a bunch of other writers confirmed instate where I live, and out of state that these valves are super leaky. Meaning that there’s gonna be paint all over your hands, and a huge puddle of paint in the rim of the can. There’s a huge mess with these and your cap is completely dirty afterward. Meaning it turns the cap entirely the color of the paint you use. Mind you these cans where shaken for at least 5 minutes, and it did this with every cap I used. NYF, Pink Dot, Lego and the stock orange dot. The only decent cap that worked with these was the stock orange dot. Was actually very disappointed with these cans and had to sell the remaining 13 out of 18 that I bought. It seems like dang didn’t take enough time with testing the valve on these. Wouldn’t recommend or buy them again. I’ll stick to my beloved Flame Orange for $4.50 flat where I’m from lol
I noticed that with a couple cans come to think of it, but it was much less exaggerated, and I would say it happened on 2 cans out of about 20 that I used. If you don't want to use em though, that's up to you. That's what the review is for :)
@@ScizGraffiti Luck for you Sciz because every one of the 5 I used did that to the extreme lol. Wish I could say I was exaggerating. Good review tho, hope you have better luck than I did.
Every can I've used has leaked as described here, it's not a major leak but it got all over the rim and cap. Isn't fun to have but it gets the job done. Besides the fact that it's high pressure I think I prefer low pressure out of the two. The output with a NY fat is too aggressive for outlining personally.
Rustos in my area are actually waaaayyy more expensive, idk why. But I would say if you're used to using rustos then these actually might feel a little slow to you cause the rustos really get paint out fast. They are certainly a lot smoother than the rustos though. Overall, I'd say the feel is just plain different
I'll have to wait and see, but all the pieces I've done with the low pressure Dang paint from a year ago, when it came out, are holding up really well. So I would assume it'll. be the same for the high flow
I buy the blacks pretty religiously now for the cash savings but I actually don't buy the whites too much just cause I found it to not be opaque enough actually. I'll spend a bit more for a good white usually like flame or something. But the whites are great for bombs!
Ok so I need help rn, I wanna do my second piece (I know already where and how to get there) it’s under a bridge but there’s 2 streets under that bridge so do y’all think I should go alone or my friend comes to check if there’s any police cars and shit?
If there's streets going under it its probably not chill to do a piece...i would say go for a bridge that has either train tracks under it or a river under it.
@@n2i6c5o8 Honestly it’s weird, it’s like just a road at the end of the highway and I don’t think there’s that much cars that go under that at night, also there’s a train track that separates the road and the wall I wanna do it on. I’d say like a school bus and a half
