If you keep olive oil in the fridge it will pretty much last forever but it will solidify. So you have to leave it on the counter for a bit before using it.

I know- you’re right. Beef is about to become a luxury if I can’t keep my freezer filled with discounts. If in Alabama we drive about 1 hour 40 minutes to get to the one in Ft. Payne AL. If I go to my property in TN there’s one just 20 minutes away.

I make a poblano corn chowder - that can of corn with poblano would be great for the recipe I have however I've never seen it in a store in my area.

I love a good discount store, but closet one to me is an hour and a half away. Don’t get there very often.
