Australian here, I don’t understand why you buy paper plates, it seems common place, we use dinner plates and just wash them. More and more we take plastic reusable plates for outside and picnics. It seems like a added expense not to mention environmentally bad. Is there a reason I see large purchases of paper plates on so many channels?
And the expense of 3x $13 plastic food storage lunch containers could surely be avoided by buying one set of good quality reusable containers that are then washed and reused instead of thrown away. Thats how we do it in Australia
It's rough on anyone that doesn't have a dish washer. We don't have a dish washer. At the holidays we use throw away plates. Plus we buy water in bottles because are drinking water starts to taste funny.
You are like me. I do this exact thing every year. Why sit there and shop for small when you can get those items cheaper in bulk quantities. My ex, see yes ex didn't see that logic. 1 trip paying $700 for grocery only has my monthly shopping at under $100 monthly getting stuff needed for special dinners or family gatherings. Pantry is perfectly packed and in order. Glad someone else looks at life like I do.
I’m sorry but I’ve never seen someone that needs more “help” in my life. Like unbelievable. I along with most women do everything and anything. This video drove me up the wall. You look and sound like a damsel in distress lmao. You’re right he does have the patience it Job to deal with that! Just unreal.
wow girl, you did good!i always keep stocked up not having a vehicle and never knowing wheni go to store i tend to buy 2-3 or 4 of stuff we need so now i have a good stock of goods. let winter come we will be ok. be well friend!
it sucks not having a vehicle i have a modified bicycle with a 2 stroke 100 cc engine on it and am searching for a new e bike my scooter the battery is shot and it has a flat the cost to repair my scooter is more than what i purchased it for i dont ride the bike yet because i need a luggage carrier and basket so i walk to the stores on the weekend or ride the bus during the week for large purchases i shop amazon and walmart one has free shipping if you spend 35 dollars or more so i try to make sure its total is 35 or really worth buying cause who wants to spend 20 for shipping for something thats only 12 or 13 bucks? not me thats fo sure
@@samanthashaw8329 i agree friend. i order from amazon alot too. comes right to my door. havent tried walmart pick-up or delivery yet may be this winter take care friend!🤩☺😚
Yes! Tipping my hat to you. Wow. . . People can always come up with reasons to “not”. You my dear figured out a way to make stuff happen to take care of you and yours. Love it! Oh., and thank you 😁
Lovely to see a couple shopping and hearing please and thank you being said, especially in Sam’s Club as we only have Costco in Australia. I can understand the plates for a large family event, did hubby get the TV in the end.
It's amazing to see such huge bags and all, i don't have this where i live but. . . I see your cart is sooo piled up, why don't you help your man by taking also a smart cart for the smaller things you buy?
Thank you! I feel better about that because I was seriously considering buying a huge pack Members Mark. But if one of those Northern is $20 I can afford that. Could be a great backup 😀
I would think that you would be buying for essentials and keep your pantry stocked. But some of this stuff would not be on my essentials list. So I kind of wonder why you're stocking up on those specific things?
lol - that’s funny 😂 He does a lot of weird things with me - like discount shopping “day dates” and when I see $2 closeout coffee with expired date of 2 years out - in a neighborhood WalMart- he’ll smile and go get a cart 😂 When I say it out loud- Honestly, I think you’re right He might get that TV 😀
Oh my goodness! Thank you for watching!! So we’re doing Sydney (Bondi iceberg pool, Opera House / Harbour Bridge) I think that’s right and got to go to an AFL? game while in Melbourne. Now just need to find a non tourist area for authentic Australia. Any idea is welcomed!! 😀
We have the Hefty food storage containers for $8. They work great! And if they get lost, no problem. And we buy the Sams paper plates, the aluminum foil. The foil lasts us a year and holds up when we grill.
Why not use normal plates and wash them like everyone else and you can save yourself the money. I don't know why people in America don't use reusable lunch containers, that cant be washed. Why is it necessary to have the papar ones and throwing them away? Do you people think also about nature? Using each day paper plates seems to contribute big times to pollution. Please start thinking lomg term. Especially for the future generations.
I have bone spurs in my shoulders and sometimes i can't reach up nor hold heavy items such as a gallon of milk. So it could be a medical issue not lazy at all. Just saying you never know
Based on every video I've seen she is not lazy. You have to understand everything was in a bulk size and she was using one hand for the camera. If you watch her other videos where she shops at regular supermarkets she picks up items all the time because they are individual.
@@jannababbs this video did showcase a little bit of a different side of her because normally she shops alone so now watching the interaction between the two kind of highlighted a little bit on the other side of her.

Laziness. I can’t think of any other reason.
The paper plates are for when the water doesn't work. Or it's contaminated. Save your water bottles for drinking. Instead of washing dishes.

I'm British & I couldn't agree more. Even the endless plastic & paper packaging on everything🧐?

I love Sam's Club! I usually will do a big shopping trip to stock up when they have a big sale twice a year. Other times I do smaller trips
Thank you for going to all the trouble to make these videos. I appreciate them all.
Thank you for your “always positive” feedback . You and the others are so nice!!!

Came across your channel. Great yearly haul.
Check your list for each isle you are on so you dont have to back track. Your hubby is a trooper.
You are so incredibly right! He is a trooper. I’ll try to do better - I was just excited I planned by putting items in my checkout app 😂
TVs are on sale almost everywhere before the holidays. Over $1000 is a lot IMO

Disposable plates. Why not use crockery and wash it ?

Meijors has turky for .59 a pound Walmart is 1.00 a poung

Not bad for a year haul. Hubby deserves a tv, there's no way mine would even go to Sams'

Herseys cocoa powder is the best
I love Sams Club.
Me too! I’ve got a Costco membership too- but once it passes their amazing liquor store, I just migrate back to Sam’s 😀

Mashed potatoes. Surely you must know how to make that ?
Just started watching you. I see you’re a canner, instead of buying water I can it-boil it first, fill hot jars & water bath ten minutes

Your brown sugar was $14. You can buy a jar of molasses & make your own for less than $4. Would save a little bit.
Thank you. You’re right. I’ve done it once just to make sure I knew how to do it.I’ve got my sugar and molasses ready 😁
Most people do not have time or want to make there own brown sugar.😊
Where do you go to Stockup on your proteins
Yep, Sam's Club changed their packaging from 45 count water to 40 count water. Raising prices and making packages smaller. Inflation sucks.
Filming takes so much out of you it's hard to lift an item and put it in the cart!
Wow you can’t even lift a 6 pack of chicken?
