Alex says that Oleksandr needs an mri on his jaw and speaks about the fight. Fury was saved by the ref. He lost to a rabbit, sausage and met the first man born out of his mother to defeat him at last. Usyk is a gentleman and true face of boxing. Fury got beat by a cruiser weight. Humbled

If Fury wanted a rematch he shouldve made the fight happen right when it was there, not delay and swindle Usyk into multiple camps to wear him out

The ropes stopped Fury from falling, the ref is then obligated to give him a standing 8 count. He did his job correctly. Fury would have likely stood up anyway, had he gone down at that point, rather than being saved by the ropes. You guys don't understand. Too eager to bash people instead of thinking first.
It took so long to get this fight together because Fury was ducking fighting 3 different fights when he could of been facing Usyk.

Usyk needs to be given credit for beating the giant heavyweights. I never thought much about this era and this should be a reminder of how skills, will and grit always wins and not just size alone or being bigger.

In Usyk's case, he moved so one can make a case for him, that he is past his prime at 37. Also, it depends, how much punishment he''s sustained in his career; reason why Floyd had a longer career as a welterweight, though his predecessors were already out of boxing, or fighting old for money sake.

I'm an Usyk fan. That being said, the ref did his job. In boxing if a fighter is hit and the only thing holding him up is the ropes, it's considered a knock down. When the ref stepped in Tyson was 100% being held up by the ropes. It did not change the outcome. If anything the ref stayed out of the fight and let them go at it. Big congratulations to the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World.

The ref should not stop a fighter from continuing a beat down. If the ref gets in the way and pulls usyk off fury then the fight is over .. it's a TKO .. End of story.
Rules in boxing if the ropes keep a fighter up it’s counted as a knockdown which the ref called it nothing wrong with what the ref did.. stop crying about things uysk won and he’s an all time great that’s that.
Not saying so in particular about this fight, but the ref is also not supposed to let the boxer get killed in a beat down.

The judge that had Fury winning needs to be fired immediately it was easily 7-5 fury with the KD that should have been a KO. You always have to worry about rogue judges and judge #2 needs fired immediately.

@@joshd2653 They are giving the excuse that the referee did the right thing with a standing 8 count...I don't know man...I'm not an expert on boxing rules. Some people say the referee did the right thing because the ropes saved Fury so it was time for a standing 8 count, others say that the ref did the wrong thing and he should've let Usyk knock Fury out. Standing 8s are usually given in amateur bouts and not professional bouts so it looked odd to me.
Usyk took Fury's heart and soul before the fight even stepped into the fight.

These comments are ridiculous. Tyson falling in the ropes is considered a knock down. No different if he fell to the ground. It’s an eight count. Once his but sat in the ropes that is a knock down. The ref begins the eight count.
