  • I was delighted to be joined Rob Wolman live as he shared his own story from being a heavy drinker through to quitting alcohol and becoming a sober coach for This Naked Mind.
Rob has undergone an amazing life transformation and in this video you can hear him discuss his struggles and how he overcame them.
This video was broadcast live and we also answer questions from viewers who were watching in real-time.
Rob is a real inspiration and a brilliant example of what can be achieved when we cut alcohol out of our lives.

Thanks guys. For me, AA, which I am not criticising, is a more regimental and encourages you to crawl into a shell whereas TNM and your approach encourages us to explore and open up our minds. And what I think I have found most benficial is educating us about alcohol and what it does to our mind and body. And, people aren't born alcoholics!!!

Quitting was wonderful, then all the reasons I drank jumped out and said "I'm back!" Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD. All the things the doctors never fixed. Yikes!

Hi Lee - yes, that is exactly what happened to me - it is like peeling back the layers of an onion as you discover more and more about who you really are. Alcohol is often the effect, not the cause...Simon

Hi Lee - great to connect - I don't have capacity for 1-2-1 coaching at the moment, however Rob and Tina who work alongside me have space, take a look under the 1-2-1 Quit Alcohol Coaching tab at www.besober.co.uk for more info - Simon
