Reminds me of that tweet “killing myself in front of you to forever change your bond and the trajectory of your lives”
Every time I see Kim sing “they think they dicide your life, no it will be me”. I am struck by a mother's strong determination for her children.
I'm currently pregnant with my first so this is very true
And this is why I could only see this musical once. So good. But so so so so sad.
I've seen Miss Saigon live more than 30 times and each of those times, the ending made me cry. The pain of separation between a mother and her child is heart-rending. Eva Noblezada gave a nuanced, convincing, tragic performance as Kim... bravo Eva!🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏👏🌷🌷🌷💗
I always keep hoping for a different outcome come, that’s how caught up I get in the story.
One of my all time favorite musicals
Never seen the musical yet but have envisioned every scene through the songs. Nice to see these clips. 😫😢😭
If you look up miss Saigon act 1 of 2 you can watch a different version of the full play. It is excellent.
I cannot watch or listen to any version of this scene without full-on ugly crying by the end.
The same amount of tears I cried when I watched Lea Salonga😭😭😭 I am broken all over again
April 4 of this year 2024 ive seen this Musical Miss Saigon at Solaire, Manilaa.. The ending is soo sad😔Tears😢😢 rolling down my cheeks 😢 What a great performance 😮👏
ok it's been a few years since i saw this i'm crying again
Was so blessed to see it on its final tour after loving the soundtrack since it came out. And my heart still hasn't recovered. Going to relive it on the big screen on the 22nd of this month. 😢❤
1:13. Period.”this is the hour swore I’d see I alone can tell now why the end must be they think they decide your life no, it will be me
wow - she is so talented!
I just watched it for the first time and I was sobbing at the end.
Splendid performance!
Made me cry as a mother, you can feel the pain 😢
I can't believe I'm shedding tears right now.
I just have to say the acting of the little child playing Tam is amazing.
Now imagine if Tam said, "mama?!" Or "I love you mama" NIAGRA FALLS 😭💔❤️🩹
Could they not have found any better child actors? Might as well gotten a puppet cause that child looked so emotion and motionless. Children are very perceptive of their surroundings, this kid looked zoned out. Was that also the same for all the other castings before this?
this scene is too painful
5:31 Is anyone else getting Love Never Dies vibe towards the end? No? Just me? 😅😅 Ok then but I still love this show ❤❤❤
Kind offff..
I'd still prefer miss saigon over lnd HAHA. I love poto though!!
yea i can see that though
@@geepuufd_ oh yeah I love LND for the songs not for plot lol
Yep . I was about to comment that.
Funny enough that was how I found out Ramin was in Miss Saigon
I’m crying again watching this
Who put onions in front of me 😢
just crushing. it was his gun that he left her, that she used to kill herself.
Goshhh im crying 😢😢
I feel that Broadway is suppose to be to us what Shakespeare was to the elisabitian era… if it’s not absolutely tragic it’s not good Broadway… Les miserables, phantom, jc superstar, miss siagon, rent, evita etc
So heart breaking😢😢😢😂😂
This ending of Miss Saigon is true reminiscent almost identical in fact of Madame butterfly.
That's what it's based on mixed with updating it to Saigon
You know I guess this whole ending of Miss Saigon being basically identical to that of Madame butterfly turns out I'm right it's based on Puccini's Madame butterfly.
Yes it's based on madam butterfly just updated to Saigon
Didn't the GI leave her also? Sounds like Dylan music
Couldn't Kim have waited and come to US and raise her son? That might be a Lifetime sequel
😢😢😢
I think I've seen her
Wrecks me, just like it did back when it first came out.
how does one hold their breath for a certain amount of time like Eva?
Les Miserables vibes!
it's because it's written by the same geniuses behind
And me all this Time thinking it was madame butterfly!
@@shushuwuit's a retelling of Madame Butterfly, written by the same person who wrote the Les Mis musical
❤🩹
Like I know logically its not his fault, but I hate him.
