if the lines are dotted, it possible the "pulse" of the light, LED. i get the same from some of the toy wands i use. not sure there a fix apart from try a different light source

the colour filter, is in this case a small round plastic coloured disc, which is on the end of the tourch, inside the universal connector

I got my LPB brushes from rigu.co.uk and i got some light painting paradise ones from Amazon

I tried this and some of the lines are a little spotty. Any suggestions? I used a lower ISO but I would think that would smooth the lines out.
