I have several crsc qualifying conditions. In my opoinon. I'm rated by the va for them and was also medically retired for the combat related conditions and it gives verbage which states its instuments of war etc. Ptsd and neck injury. Do I need to submit a memo for record in addition to the narsum and the pebs findings along with the va rating codes and reasons why they gave me the ratings. I would think the va and narsum statements along with the peb findings is good enough. 2nd question I tore both of my shoulders and had surgery for them while deployed when I was conducting the army combat fitness test and level 2 training certification. Will this qualify as it may not make the combat related portion.?

Its criminal what they do to indef Soldiers with over 15 years of service rated at 50% Army and 100% VA. I too was told I would get Military Retirement oay, and VA C&O pay. I was lied to. I wanted to make it to 20 years.
I should of been allowed to served until my original ETS date maybe in a (non armour supply room on a trading base), just like Elvis Presley did during the Korean War. Luckyyyyyy (Napoleon Dynamite accent). Just another day in double standard paradise.

They have had mine for three months now. I was told in an email that they have a big backlog.

You don't need Purple Heart for CRSC, if military records, VA records and MEB show COMBAT disabilities your all set@@johncasper8193
So we have to be medically retired in order to qualify for this or can we appeal that but submitting documentation stating combats related injuries?

Is the CSRC percentage awarded a percentage of your retirement pay or VA disability pay?
