@@FoodiesWok ok so how does wine turn to vinegar if that is what i want to make? how do i control what i want to achieve be it wine or vinegar with wild yeast or any yeast?

Looks great. I can't wait to try it out. Will the apple wine be fizzy after bottling? Or should I open the bottle caps from time to time in the first weeks of bottling? With gratitude to your excellent advise.
Thank you for watching our video,
You can make it fizzy, but it can be turned into dangerous situation if not handled properly. If you don't know how to carbonate the drink, wait to finish the secondary fermentation. Then add 1 TSP. White sugar for each bottle when you bottling it. The same time fill into a pet bottle with same quantity sugar (same capacity of your other bottle) and keep it along with other bottles. Check your pet bottle after 5 to 7 days, if it's tight when you pressing it that means your wine is carbonated. It will be fizzy when you opening it. Open carefully. Don't fill the bottles till the neck leave some space to hold the gas(CO2). Enjoy your Apple Wine
Can i take appl deep freej 4 hours starelige
Thank you for watching our video,
Actually better option is rinse Apples in boiled and cooled water. You can keep Apples in freezer, No issue then also you should rinse Apples for removing dirt.
Please note: There's a chance for dying Natural Yeasts from Apples when you keep it in freezer for long time. But you can try once.
Why you added the sugar the next day? Why you didnot add the first day? Thanks a lot for your best ways of making wine
Thank you for watching our video,
This happens in some fruit wines because some particular fruits has it's own wild Yeasts that is what we don't need to add extra Yeasts to make wine.
Same story of Apple also.
We had kept grated apple and water for 24 hours to activate the Yeasts contains in apple skin.
@@FoodiesWok thanks.
What was the alcohol percentage ?
He asked about sugar didn't he? M confused lol
Thanks
Good work👍
Shouldn't we add yeast?
Thank you for watching our video,
No need to add extra Yeasts if Apples are not wax coated. Just rinse and use it as shown in our video.
What materials need for this video can you anwer this please just need for our project
Thank you for watching our video,
What exactly you want to know?
Which tools are used to create this content or which items are used to make this wine?
For second one is clearly mentioned in video.
Apples, Grater, Water, Sugar, Cloves, Orange juice.
Mason Jar, Strainer and Muslin Cloth Syphon, Homemade Airlock System, Glass Bottle and Wine Glass.
That's all
Thank you for sharing🥰
You haven't added yeast??
No need to add Extra Yeasts for making Grapes Wine and Apple Wine. But it should be direct from Farm not processed. Means Grapes washing and adding hard chemicals to increase it's shelf life. And it's doing on Apples in different ways. First washing in chemicals and coating wax on it. In these cases you can't use it for fermentation directly. In can be done only from farm to customer fruits (Grapes and Apples).
How many %?
Thank you for watching our video,
The ABV of Apple Wine we got 10%, but it's depends on the variety of Apple used to make Wine. The best one is sweet and sour juicy apple. You will get 8-12% ABV as per your Apple variety.
Hello, is the orange juice optional?
Thank you for watching our video,
Yes, Fresh Orange Juice is optional but, our recommendation is please add if it's available. Because Fresh Orange Juice works as a Yeast Energizer. It's very good to develop a strong Yeasts family and will help a proper fermentation. It's giving a unique taste to our Apple Wine. Cheers....
What's the percentage?
@@HitotsumiNadegiri Thank you for watching our video,
We got 10% ABV, but it depends on variety of Apple used, may vary upon the sweetness of the Apples.

Very warm water I put in the apple jar any issue madam?
@@usamali8067 Thank you for watching our video,
Yes, if it's temperature is more than 30°C Yeasts may die and your fermentation will stop working. If you want to add hot water then seperate the apple skin and keep aside then add. After apple mixture is cooled to room temperature then add apple skin.
Proper

So incredibly and lovely drink
It takes 30 days to make wine ? When a inmate in prison can steal peaches ,apples and fruit cocktail and sugar from the chow hall ,get a plastic bag and make Wine in one day ,but nice techniques though and thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching our video,
It's takes 30 day to one year to get a unique taste in Wine. It's get a smoother and fruity flavour. You can make Apple Hard Cider in 3 to 5 days.

I guess you did a nice vinegar instead of wine my dear because everytime you opened the lid you made the oxygen come and ruin all the fermentation process . It should not take any oxygen at all during the fermentation until it finishes that there is no CO2 at all coming
Thank you for watching our video,
This Apple Wine is still with us with all goodness of Apple. I know Wine making process is science. Yeasts consuming sugar from the wine must and releases ethanol (Alcohol) and Carbon Dioxide. Once Wine is made and kept open the Wine jar, the Ethanol gets evaporated and the Acetobacter bacteria comes into action and oxidize the Wine resulting the wine converting into Acetic Acid (Vinegar) which is called in this case Apple Cider Vinegar.

@@FoodiesWok exactly dear well explained and this is what you did in this video as I saw. Am I wrong ?
@@SerdarRAvsar I had explained correctly, but I think you are not understood correctly from my reply. I know very well about the science behind the wine making process, still do you believe that I will allow the Wine convert into Vinegar. All these steps are shown in this video is essential for perfect Wine making. Follow our video recipe and make wine for testing I can assure you never fails.
Follow these steps.
Sterilization of all utensils and tools.
Primary Fermentation.
Secondary Fermentation.
Racking or Clearing the Wine.
Bottling.
During primary fermentation the CO2 forms a protective blanket above your wine must. Simply opening the cover for a minute or two to add ingredients or to stir will not harm the brew. Plus yeast actually need oxygen at the beginning of the fermentation process. Oxidation is more of a concern in secondary.
@@leifd731 Wine making is fun and more science. But my opinion is make wine seriously with lots of fun ☺️

How much alcohol?
10% ABV. It can be vary as per Apple's sweetness. You can add little extra sugar to increase ABV.
