Run plays. Our run game was very limited last year outside of Jayden Daniels, which was mostly runs when plays broke down or from RPOs. I am curious how creative we will be with our running backs.

If LSU could run the table with the top 10 Louisiana recruits in the 2026 class it could top the 2025 class
The 2025 is off to a crazy start, if the 2026 class tops it I think LSU will be in the National Championship conversation for years to come.
Brian Kelly definitely started hot recruiting so far through 3 years, so it isn’t impossible.
@@VerdinVerdict Definately, 3 top 10 nationally ranked LA recruits in 26, and another ranked 18th in On3's latest updated ranking, and about 3 more ranked high 4*'s in the top 60
Saban was messing with AaronA. AaronA did not know his routes last year. I think he will hit the transfer portal after spring practice, unfortunately.

@@VerdinVerdictAgreed! Aaron will have a breakout year with Sloan calling plays. I thought Denbrock underutilized him. There’s a lot you can do with him at or behind the line of scrimmage as an extension of the run game from the WR position. Kelly alluded to this in his first spring press conference.

Maybe so, but his word holds a lot of weight in the College Football World. I found it interesting he thought of him that high, I hear a lot good things about Aaron for sure.

He does wear 66 in the games, and 7 as a patch however. Wanted to be clear about that 😂
Just watching the run throughs, I know it's spring but the Oline doesn't seem to be opening holes. Even at this point it's vital that the run game or at least blocking for the run game is developing. Then just running down field and the backs running behind them could be forming of bad habits. I'd like to see them practice opening holes and the back running through that hole.

Going into a potential NFL Draft season, and he’s listed at 6’6 322 so he’s going to be at the top of his class alongside Will Campbell.
